This tutorial is for everyone who can do the Kruger and toad perfectly.
I explained this in my previous video. The four basic Jump Rope toads: Crougar, Toad, inverse toad, elephant. I hope that helped you getting into the toads.

This is a switch cross inside your legs where you are crossing your arms and move your legs at the same time. Very challenging.

I just discovered you and have been watching your videos non stop the last 30 minutes! You’re exactly what I need! I came up with today that I want to learn this since I already have always loved jump Rope, now I want to learn the tricks! Also, I’m German too! Born and raised in Canada though! @@mira_wate After tripping over like 100s of time, I did my first toad on the 2nd day.
Then I saw another video of yours on the recommendation explaining the crougar , and I thought maybe I should try this first😝,as it looked simpler version of toad.
Finally after a week I'm able to do the crougar a couple of times.
After getting better at crougar I will get back to toad.

Great video and cannot wait to start learning this trick. What is the rope you are using in the video? I guess the steel rope is not ideal for this movements?
