Here in Italian restaurants (in the menu) is often written in original Italian. Now you can understand, when an Italian here says "Ich esse cozze" (l eat mussels), what the Germans understand -;)
After successfully attempting the Bianco recipe (sooooo goood, drool, okay.. I'm back) , I got crazy and cooked the recipe with beef instead of chicken, red wine instead of white, and one mushroom, diced fine, and everything else the same. Turned out glorious! Why's it taste so good?! .. because Contaldo, Contaldo!!

Tried this recipe tonight and it was truly magnificent. Been eating pasta all my life and this was one of the best i ever had. Such settle clean flavours. i chopped up some organic chicken thighs and the pieces were so tender.. the reduced wine and chicken stock with the herbs created such a creamy deep flavored sauce. You just wanna lick the whole plate after eating
