- I sold my XS650 Chopper. This video is a tribute to a very fun bike I built that I had some great memories with. Come hang out as I give a backstory on the bike, some of its adventures, and what parts I used on the build all while we go for a ride! Enjoy!

It was actually really interesting making the video as I always felt like I never did anything with it but then had tons of fun clips and photos from cool shows, events, hanging with friends, etc.

I had an used 1971 XS 650.
Brand new value in 1970 was $1245
Paid $600 in 1974.

I had a 78 XS650 good running motorcycle. I bought a 1980 Sportster and sold to a friend. Wish I could find another one.

New owner is riding it a bunch which is exactly what I was hoping for! Definitely bittersweet but I know it was the right move so I can focus on other projects. As you know I have plenty 😉
And I really wanted the Xs 650 just didn't have $5g to use.. broke my heart not to be able to get it..

They are actually very affordable bikes. Lots out there so if its still a possibility you can grab one!

I think I'm giving up on my bike I'm doing this solo and I'm not getting anywhere I think it time to trash this project
Its easy to quit but then you have to keep starting over. Just take a break from it and come back with a fresh mind
Hello I'm 52 been riding over 30 years I'm disabled but still can ride love to ride my dream bike is a chopper I'd love to ride one from east coast of north Carolina where I live across country to California coast & document it all I live on fixed income barley make it month to month I helped a lot of family I could had more money but family was important I only had one biological child but raised 4more there grown my wife of 23 years passed away 4 years ago just me&my dog if you can help me with a Chopper I'd really appreciate it love your channel
