    Looking Good!..
Could you please do me a favor?
Could you show pic of your chain tensioner on rear axle?
I have the TC Bros hardtail too, it was supposed to use all the existing axle and spacers etc...but the frame metal is slightly thinner than original.
I'm having to use washers at the moment, but that means the chain tensioners are slightly off center. I vaguely see in your videos that it looks like you bent them?
    Is this correct?

Good shit Matty! When’s the last time you changed the contact tip on the gun? Also, check your duty cycle. If it’s laying nice and then starts fuckin up, that’s usually a sign of the machine trying to push itself too much.

Wow am i getting this late or what 🤣🤦‍♂️ but yeah im pretty sure it has a super short duty cycle probably just from being old, but that doesnt make this machine any less of a hack 🤣 think it over heats easy, so as long as i dont go to hard on it, it does the trick 🤷‍♂️👊😂

Just a suggestion shoulda recessed the tank bungs flush with the frame to keep the tank mounts from cracking from the severe vibrations from that old 650

To stop that random spattering, preheat your welds to get the oils out of the metal.
