After i do a section, i clip it together until i have gone around my entire head. I always wear curls/roller sets. I never wear my hair in a straight hair do so this works great for me.

I trim my ends every 2 - 3 months. It really helped to stop shedding, single strand knots. Hair is continuously growing.
