Hard Agree and thank you for saying so. She's showing us how she does it. Which is beautifully. Take from it what works for you and modify the rest. Use your products at the quantity that works for you. I feel like it's a little ridiculous to want to see how someone else takes care of their hair and then comment, well not everyone can do this or that. You don't say. Do you mean we're all different? Gasp. When did that happen? Thank you for sharing your routine Jeanette. I learned a lot and I'm very grateful. :)

I don’t have struggles with my texture and density and I can care for my hair with ease. Mapping for twists and braids have more to do with head shape, your hairline, the type and size of parting (bricklayers, triangles, grid, etc.). Without understanding those aspects, anyone with straight hair would struggle with mapping as well.

I have also gone back to using no heat and wow, my hair look so much better-much healthier. No heat for a month and a couple of weeks with the exception for this evening because I got a late start and I have to go to work tomorrow. My hair has grown alot since I am not in my hair. I also remind myself to oil my scalp in between as well. Shampoo my hair weekly and deep conditioner my hair every week. I am so determined to have healthy hair. Like you always tell us, do our hair with purpose. Blessed New Year to you Beautiful 😊❤️

These Ayurvedic Herbs have worked wonders on my High Porosity thin hair. My hair is now beyond Bra strap length. You can find a lot of info and DIY recipes, and all Natural Ayurvedic Herbs for purchase at Hennasooq.com.
I am very pleased with the Moroccan Henna and Indigo for strengthening and dying my hair as I am allergic to hair dye.

Your hair is gorgeous. I have implemented your WSOL method with my hair. I solely wear my hair twisted. I started going to hair salon for shampoo and style, hoping she could get my hair to retain length. (I’m 3 months in, I don’t see any results) I use to only go for styling it. Parting my own hair is a struggle, holding my arms up real long gets tiresome 😀. I can two strand twist my own hair, but with my children at home with me on a Saturday, it can take me 5 hours from start to finish with all their interruptions. Ain’t nobody got time for that. 😀 Plus I have 4c thick hair, and I put oiled rubber bands on my roots to start the twist. I do not like puffy roots. I can honestly say that when I take the twist out, I see little no hair on the rubber bands, and they stay in the entire two weeks. After watching this video I’ll go back to shampooing and styling my hair, to see if I can retain my hair growth abs see results. Thanks for sharing. I watch mostly all your videos. Be Blessed!

New Subbie here! Sis, your hair is GORGEOUS. I love styling my hair in twists as well but it takes forever🤣 But now you got a sista thinking real hard about doing them😫...LOL

I feel the exact same way. I haven’t done them in a minute because of how long they take (usually 7 hrs) but it it the main way I grew my hair since naturals 6 years but these last 6 months I’ve been over it. But it was the best protective style and the best way to wear my hair to keep it moisturized but girl I don’t have 7 hrs to spare every two weeks!! 😩😩

Have you researched using the Kreyol Rosemary mint vs Kreyol lavender? I find the Rosemary mint is far superior to the other castor oils in that brand for scalp issues. I helps with skin issues as well. Some of the other ones I find are better for strands vice the scalp.

How often do you moisturise your hair in between washes and what products do you use?

Twirling ends will create split and stunt growth ends over time . Noticed when you comb out each section that there’s a resistance at the end?

    - I absolutely love this style! I have a dry and itchy scalp so I don’t use cold water to close my cuticle after washing my hair. Should I be doing so even though I grease my scalp after washing it?
