    I've started eating only meat, veggettables and small amount fruits.
    And once a week I would have a meal with either rice or potatoes.
    Guys I can tell you that I've never felt better in my entire life, give a try for two weeks and then come back to me, you won't stop thanking me.

      Eat meat, eggs and/or vegetables for every meal.
      Maybe do an omelette with some vegetables and mix it up with maybe bacon and some sour cream once in a while.

      Myself as well but for the past week I’ve cut out berries and I feel even better yet with not retaining water and having a flat stomach.
      Unfortunately I wasn’t able to achieve that when I had a few suggested keto berries in my diet

    I only eat meat, eggs and salads from an assortment of veggies. Thats literally all i eat and its been great. Solved my IBS, i am back at a good weight.

    Keto is a great teacher of carbs and fats in food, but I don’t follow keto or any program! They are too difficult! I just eat meats no matter how cooked or prepared , fruits, vegetables, real cheeses. I don’t eat bread, rices, pastas, pastries, pizzas, cakes or potatoes products! Haven’t eaten these things for over a year and half!
    I don’t count calories! I eat until I don’t feel like eating anymore!
    Plus fasting has helped me lose weight and keep it off. Once I decided to remove all those processed carbs, I’ve chosen never to eat them again.
    I prefer OMAD(One Meal a Day)fasting. But if I eat extra or snack, I only eat meats, vegetables, fruits and real cheeses. I also enjoy chicherones! I only drink water, black coffee, unsweetened tea and carbonated water like Perrier. No energy drinks. I read all my labels mostly for ingredient and sugar content. Sugar comes in many forms, this is why I just stick with mostly water, black coffee and unsweetened tea.
    I do exercises I can do at home and just use my own body! Free and no gym membership needed!
    Started March 13, 2018 at 262lbs. Wore 38 pants and 3xl shirts. I know wear 32 pants and L shirts.

    Finally!!!!!!!!!! 🙏🏾 🙌🏾 People make things so complicated when it’s really just as simple as this- quality meats and plant based foods for vitamins and fiber etc. I SUBSCRIBED TO YOU AND WILL UNSUBSCRIBE TO ALL THOSE OTHER FOLKS. THANK YOU FOR CONFIRMING WHAT I KNOW TO BE TRUE. Processed carbs make maintaining body fat very difficult. It also causes inflammation of the skin AKA Acne... and causes insulin to spike which makes burning fat virtually impossible. Thank you for this video bro!     I did this "diet" and didn't even know it was a diet. I started a week before Thanksgiving lol I know crazy right, but i have lost 50 pounds so far. Only ate meat and veggies, must say it works.

    Did this once before to lose weight and it worked great..realised other benefits quickly as well. I have horrible skin and that was the big one, cleared right up. Tough to stay away from the naughty stuff though.. So I slid back into bad habits. Need to take off some unwanted poundage so gonna take another crack at it. Thanks for the vid.

    I just started this, this morning. I just came off just 3 days of carnivore and I got sick as a dog, BP way up, heart palpitations and more. I grabbed an orange and within an hour I felt so much better... So am looking for a diet that allows for all three components, Moderate meat, fruit. low carb veggies and not too much fat and I found the Primal diet. If I don't lose weight I will be fine because I believe this is the healthiest of them all... Thank you, I just needed your opinion.

    Your mood is a pretty good barometer for how
    well is a certain diet is working for you.
    A 6 oz steak, broccoli and some baked sweet potatoes,along
    with club soda seems to do the trick.

    Bro. I tried going on a rice and fruit diet for 3 days. The plan was for 7 days. And if things went well, a month.
    I ended up bloated as fuck! on the 3rd day. Started losing my muscle mass and really, really rapidly. I got a doughy body really quickly. But my shits stank fat less. I did have a lot of energy, but I was constantly really hungry.
    Usually if I have a small chunk of meat, it lasts me many hours, and I look slender and retain my muscles. I just feel superb.
    I dropped this rice diet on the 3rd day. I feel actually better now.
    A combo of salads and meat is just what my body prefers. So I’ll keep at it from now on.

    Amen. I lost 15 lbs in less than a month when I started eating only meat and vege. I just woke up one morning and felt lethargic when I saw grains, dairy and anything with sugar. An alien must of came the night before and rewired my damn brain.

    Trying out the carnivore WOE was a step in the right direction for me as it allowed me to see what I could tolerate and what I couldn't. Turns out I can only tolerate ground or fast cooked, unaged, 100% grass fed red meat with the fat drained out (I opt for lamb mostly) as well as certain vegetables such as celery (I try to buy organic) and when in season, I eat fresh, wild picked pawpaw fruit which is native to Canada. So in other words, a moderate fat, somewhat high protein and somewhat low carbohydrate method seems to work best for me. Following a strict carnivore WOE is not sustainable for me but I'm glad I tried it.

    How about beans? I’ve been making a bean salad and I put it in my salad with meet. Or I’ll eat meats and veggies.. I eat a lot of beans. I find them to keep me full longer and I’m give me energy.

      If you get frustrated and you’re not getting the weight loss results you want if you cut out that carbohydrate of beans , you will completely lean up and not retain water either.
      Go for eggs vegetables all meats walnuts pecans macadamia nuts and Lillys chocolate chips

      @@soprano3612 Just fat ....I dont have a lot of muscle, but I'm actually gaining muscle these days from moving furniture ( more so than lifting at the gym / not even doing weights anymore )... Im 50 years old 5'10 and weigh low 160's..I do NOT have a fast metabolism whatsoever unfortunately ....... Im pretty freakin strict ... Keto/Primal.... My diet consists of eggs meats vegetables pecans walnuts macadamian nuts with Lilys choc chips... No carbs no sugar..It's the only diet that keeps me lean like this on a regular basis ...And even when I have a cheat every 3-4 weeks & it puts on an xtra 3-4lbs for a week or so unfortunately ...

    I googled meat and vegetable diet and this video came up. I don't think you can eat only meat or vegetables in unlimited amounts and be healthy. I think you need to eat both in proper balance. I operate under the premise that vegetables are the antidote for the toxins in meat. To me this seems to be the secret of Keto. Even though vegetables are high carb, the carbs are in the form of fiber so really they are low carb if you don't count the carbs that are indigestible.

      I believe the idea is it's harder to overeat just meat and veggies. Like it's not as triggering to over eat. It's a simpler way to eat and for some people it works well. This guy seems to promote fruit and other natural, unprocessed foods as well which is good. I've heard of seasonal and local eating as well. More ancestral, although I don't thinks the cave peoples had nut milks lol😊

      If you’re older and do not have a fast metabolism like myself being 50 years old cutting out fruits and berries /I have now successfully lost the weight I wanted to lose and do not retain water anymore ...your liver will take care of you - producing as much glucose as it needs ..fruits and berries are not necessary in diet

      pesijazal on a primal diet, if your stomach can tolerate dairy, you are good. Personally, my digestive system can’t handle it so I am currently dairy free.

    I was told that I need to make equal portions of protein and vegetables, Is this true? And do I stay away from beans at this point?

      Suzanne Improta portion control is good if you are trying to lose weight. Typically if you’re eating meat and vegetables, your body will tell you when you have had enough food and you can stop. Beans contain anti-nutrients called phytic acid. This impairs the absorption of iron, zinc, and calcium so I would limit the bean intake or get rid of them completely. All the best.

    Any comment on 'the starch solution' and its benefits, maybe its the quantity of food rather than type which is beneficial

      Nick Ashton the reason I discourage grains in particular is not just about the carbohydrates, it's also about the anti-nutrients they contain. Lectin, gluten, and phytates are anti-nutrients that have no real benefits to the body.
      In addition, grains are purely a source of energy. They provide very little minerals or vitamins, therefore I see other foods that would be better to substitute for grains.
      I eat lots of starches in the form of sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, root vegetables, and starchy fruits like squash and pumpkin - the difference is these starches contain a lot more vitamins and minerals compared to their grain counterparts.

      There's vitamin C in organs, fish roe, meat and vegetables, and you need less vitamin C if you're eating a low-carb diet. Many vegetables are low-carb ( www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/vegetables ). We don't need to eat fruits at all.

      beans aren't veggies, they're Legumes, a very starchy item. If you're eating beans for roughage and fiber, switch to Avocados, will have maybe better luck. I eat at least one avocado, sometimes 2 a day... add a salad of greens daily too...

      It's because you have two proteins, meat and beans and beans is a starch. Leave the beans off your diet and eat green veggies. He spoke that in the video.

      Josh Adams fruit is okay. If you’re trying to lose weight, limit fruit to 1-2 servings a day because it tends to have a lot of sugar.

      We get sugar from everything we eat. There are three macronutrients available to us - proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. BUT… carbs produce the MOST sugar our bodies use… and on a scale of several magnitudes, not incremental differences, from fats and proteins. Our bodies can live on zero carbs - we’ll get the sugar we need from proteins and fats, but it’s slow and more complicated. Carbs are a much faster source of glucose (the ONLY form of sugar our bodies use for fuel), and the simpler the carb (sugars are the simplest) the faster it’s “converted” to glucose.

      Grits are not primal/paleo since they are ground up corn kernels. I’ll have grits as a treat once a year but I tend to stay away.

      Hejraat Rashid fruits are okay. They have a good amount of sugar but are packed with nutrients so I try to have 1-2 servings a day.

    That's good advice your awesome but men should eat some breads and 10oz of chicken or steak but both for each meal,but for women and men a portion of carbs are good
