I used it like a mask, I put it on at night and I'll sleep with ir or wash it off after an hour, it doesn't matter is always works. and I definately use jt before an event. you'll look radiant!

I wish u posted this earlier! I have the Neutrogena salicylic acid wash and I didn't know how to use it.. so it didn't work for my pores. (I just used it as a cleanser) So I now ordered the Paula's Choice one, and it's probably going to be a waste of money since I could've just used it ur way with the Neutrogena and didn't need to buy the Paula's Choice one.
I have used the Neutrogena one overnight on dry skin tho and it didn't really do anything... My skin is used to 2% salicylic acid (I've used it for some months now) so the Paula's Choice 2% salicylic acid one will probably not do anything too, knowing all the 2% salicylic acid products I've used didn't work at all for my pores.
Do u think the Paula's Choice one will work (regarding this)? Or is there something else I can use for my skin? I don't want to buy too many products so I can buy maybe 1-2 affordable ones.

Please do myth vs fact series about these acids .
I have heard that glycolic acid can destroy your stratum corneum that protects you from environmental damage .
I can just watch you watch you and watch you ....you are so damn beautiful derm.....so yeah make longer videos so that i can watch you more ...

I've always wondered. Can I combine a bha/aha toner once or twice a week along with my lotion that contains 2% salycilic acid. Or is that too many exfoliants on my face at once ?

It can start to border on overdoing it in my opinion- understanding what’s in which product will give you a better understanding of how to navigate skincare

Thanks for the great content! Neostrata makes a great PHA cream (12% PHA) and a PHA Lotion (15% PHA) and is currently having a 25% off site-wide sale. I love their PHA products! Neutrogena makes a PHA cleanser called Stubborn Texture Acne Cleanser for Textured Skin that I love. It's inexpensive, effective, and gentle for exfoliating.

Sensitive, oily, acne prone skin here! - 30s : My skin is so sensitive, it doesn't tolerate glycolic (I get rashes, pimples, itchiness) or salicylic acid (breaks me out ?!), no fruit extracts either. I can luckily use sparingly the ordinary 5% lactic acid. How can I battle the blackheads? Shall I try I'll try the mandelic acid?

Just started watching your videos recently, and enjoy them very much. I used to do skincare as my profession and stopped after moving, etc..
Just wanted to note I have extremely sensitive skin, that I can get pink face from just being in a hot area inside my home, stove when cooking or warm shower/washing my face-and wanted to add I found a product with PHA.
Burt’s Bees- liquid exfoliant has AHA, BHA and PHA
I’ve used for a week and see and feel my skin more tolerant
Hope you can check this out!

    Hi,
I have been following you for a while now. Love the videos but mostly they are focused around facial skin and beauty treatments.
Can you plz do a video about seborrheic dermatitis. A lot of people suffer from dandruff etc and keep trying shampoos etc but often the skin under all that hair needs some attention.
    Look forward to it. Thanks.
Ps: love your PJs. Do share where you get them from. 🙂

And Then i Met You Birch Milk Toner - has Glutonolactone! and Squalane and glycolic and lactic ! might sound like a huge cocktail but there's not much in it - so if you use it daily is super effective but gentle! I do want to know if you agree tho!

I like Paula's Choice and used them for yes, but they have gotten to be too rich for my budget (their SA lotion is now almost $40) I liked your Recommend I on for the Neutrogena wash, left on 5 min. I use a combo SA and Glycolic pads that I buy on Amazon.

What if I don't use the neutrogena salicylic acid as a cleanser and just leave it on my face all night? Kinda like how you leave glycolic acid on

I'm so surprised how popular that Neutrogena wash is. I tried it about a year ago, used it 3 times over I think 2 days. I ended up with such a bad chemical burn - beet red skin that was unbearably itchy and burned when I touched it, plus my eyes swelled as if I was stung by bees! I researched the product after the fact and found HUNDREDS of the same review. I always thought I had oily skin but have recently learned I lean more towards combination. Are there any ingredients to definitely avoid for sensitive skin? I'm so nervous to try new chemical exfoliants now when I don't know how I'll react.

Hello from the 🇬🇧 Dr. Shereene! I have dry and very sensitive skin. What do you think of Deprobase as a daily cleanser? I have the beginning of rosacea as well and apply 5 drops of emu oil every night to help prevent inflammation, what are your thoughts on this?
