I got a few more years until I hit 20 years! I think for the most part, Time is your friend when it comes to beer, rushing beer never seems to get you a good product! Cheers, all great tips!
Very nice tip list! Wow 30 years, started brewing at the age of 5 hey. Notes are a BIG help. As for temperature control... I tell new brewers to know the temperatures that they have to work with and the find yeast that like that temperature. That can be too much gear when you're starting out. Cheers!
I agree with all! I was surprised about cleaning kegs though. I don't know why anyone would not clean a keg after another beer has been in there. Just like when I have got mine with pop/soda in them. I clean them completely after every brew. Well I don't change the O-Rings every time, but about every year and lube them.
