Umm... no. Of course you are gonna see ads for the parks when you watch a video about Disney. The ad robots do it so they get the maximum amount of interest. If you watch a video about movie reviews you get movie trailers in the ads. If you're watching a gaming channel you get gaming ads. Simple.

Him sneaking around and recording backstage could be likened to someone recording a video where he exposes all the tricks a magician does and he he performs them. When the way is known, the magic tends to lose much of its glamour. And people find another magician who is better at protecting his trade and keeps it mystical. Bottom line, if you wanna be daring and go backstage, don't film it and don't brag about it. Disney was very lenient all in all. He could've been sued for trespassing or even worse. The ban was well deserved. If you can't respect the wishes of those who has been providing, provide and will be providing entertainment for you, your kids and your friends perhaps you don't belong there.
