I remember watching the original channel way back in 2011 and having that be the inspiration for what would eventually become the our channel today. Its great to see you going back to your roots and don't forget to do what makes you happy. I often find myself taking time out of things I shouldn't, thinking about how I should do a video about it when sometimes, life should be enjoyed first... then shared with everyone else. All in all, good luck on your next journey.

Today, five years later, I think Adam has found a great spot in having a place in both LA and Orlando. It's natural for him to be able to go back and forth across the US at a whim. Still my favorite TH-cam vlog. Always will be!

I was in your exact predicament 2 years ago. I had many failed relationships, I was 43, gave it one more shot, it failed, and gave up.... and I was a peace. I felt free...it was not meant to be... I could go anywhere...move anwhere... do anything I wanted!!! No kids!! no family responsibilities....this could be a blessing I thought....then I very shortly met my wife :) I met her through Craigslist through all places... I needed a dogsitter to watch my dog because I was going to leave for a while; she answerd my Craigslist ad and the rest is history. I found the perfect match and knew it immediately..... We both felt the same exact way when we first met....If I knew that last car ride, to her house as s single man, and going to be FREE, that I was going to meet my future wife...would I still go?
I know it was three years ago, but I think your story is lovely. And I hope you do have children.

Speaking of adversity.
Sometimes one can run from a certain loneliness. But I always know there will be a kitten who needs me - or some spirit seeking help. And that can be the changing factor. To love and be loved. Be it the purring kitten or the stray dog. Helping broken things become happy again - it takes away all of that loneliness.
And they will keep you on this Earth. Because their love is unconditional.
They will make you a better artist than perdition ever could. Love - is the answer. 100% of the time.
A premonition…
Going through the same thoughts for some time. Accepting that it is time to let go of the family dream and just dive into enjoying life... is hard.

There is a special feeling of freedom when you start going, getting away from everything that keeps you down...its so refreshing once you break that cycle. There is nothing that feels that good. Its as if each trip you take, you become a different person. Have fun, be careful and enjoy your life. :) I think what you are doing is great. :)

Adam we have been following you four to five years since your Dolly's Dixie Stampede. We hold weekly "Adam Abandoned" family night. We pull up your channel pick a video and eat diner while we watch you. I sent you a message a few years ago bout meeting you in Florida right after you had been asked to leave WDW. Then you did say you would meet us but you went on the road playing bass. But anyway we love and support you and think you are great!!! We can not wait to see more videos and maybe one day the family will be able to meet you, shake your hand and tell you how much we love our "Adam Abandoned" family nights.... Good thing I didn't ask you to meet my 34 yearold single daughter who is as lost as you are . Like you she doesn't smoke or drink . She has had some really rough times in her life . When she was 17 he 19 yearold brother Matthew died . They were like twins . They were only 18 months apart to the day . She Loved him Very much . She is looking for a really good guy and I like you enough to think you would of been a good friend to start with to her . But now that you are leaving California . You will love this 90year old amusement park! Old school wooden roller coasters and great food. Free parking and admission and you only pay for the rides you want with real paper tickets. You can even bring pets : )

Been subscribed to youre main channel for a while for the cool abandoned places you go to. I had no idea that you lived out on the road which makes your adventures just that much more impressive. Good luck Adam!
I've tried leaving cali to somewhere else...I always end up back in Cali.......and I have been all over....I think you might be making a mistake...I would recommend getting a place near gardena , torrance area this way you are half way to Downtown LA/Hollywood area and Disney...the distance from Gardena to Downtown LA /Hollywood is about the same as Burbank is to downtown LA. I know plenty of affordable places near Hustler Casino in Gardena....if you need help just let me know...there's no place like California!

There is one attraction that as every day goes by, is harder and harder to see and experience, and its the one that later in like, people regret the most if they have not experienced. Having kids. I had my kids when I was 35, im 45 myself now, and my life is for my kids. You can always go visit the pyramids, swim the barrier reef, eat chinese on the great wall, but you are only young enough to have kids once. Do your thing, but for what my tiny advice is worth, grab a nice homestead back in florida, find a nice woman, have urself a mess a kids... lol, or one, either or. There is a certain wisdom to being stereotypical, its why its the stereotype.
