I have a bit of a theory involving Fetch and Cole. I believe Fetch and Cole actually have the same powers, but they developed slightly different. Their elements, Electricity and Neon light, are both plasma based, so they have the same base element. In the first game, Kessler (aka future Cole) could fire off blasts that looked closer to lasers than lightning, in First Light Fetch could use her powers to take over machines which sounds more like an electric power, and both of them have the power to shoot gravity defying shockwaves. I'm probably not right, but I believe that Cole and Fetch both were given the power to control plasma. But because Cole's powers developed in a wrecked city where broken postlights and sparking powerlines are normal, his powers evolved into electricity manipulation. And because Fetch's powers developed around more contained forms of plasma like neon lights, her powers evolved into neon lasers. This is purely speculation, just a little theory of mine
I know this is a year old comment, but I think your absolutely correct and that the devs consciously have this head canon in mind while making characters and powers
So by that logic, anyone with a conduit gene would evolve according to their environment at the moment of its activation?

In the Second Son prologue they describe conduits as superhumans with the ability to manipulate any form of matter or antimatter. So with that being the case along with the theory that conduits powers evolve based on there surroundings what surroundings would you need for a conduit to manifest Shadow powers and light powers.
We don't see electricity but rather the effect of electrons moving, ie plasma. Neon in neon signs glows because electricity flows through it and causes the electrons in the neon atoms to absorb energy and release it as light. So ye, I think this is a valid theory.

i love how this fight is literally light vs dark and how nix's smoke abilities combat fetch's ability to light up an area.
I agree with the outcome of this fight.
The combination of Fetch's intelligence, training, and experience fighting people who posses similar powers as Nix would get her the win here.
Fetch can actually see through walls... no problem seeing through smoke whatsoever, her only weakness is drugs. Being able to see things in slow motion and shooting light speed blasts will make things harder for Nix even if the battle is in the middle of nowhere. You can also watch Nix's trail while she teleports, it's like an unfinished version of Hank.
You should do nix vs hank. I was replaying both games and realized how similar their powers are I feel like it would be an interesting match up to see
Nix has voodoo powers, hank just has smoke powers
I honestly thought it would end with a double kill. Once Nix realized she couldn't win, slam into Fetch the same way she did with the Beast. There is no way another Conduit could survive that kind of hit.
But it only worked since The Beast was a big target and was not really too focused on her and the Beast doesn't have enough time and SPEED to dodge. Fetch's case is the opposite, she is focused on Nix and has the speed and reaction time to dodge
How about Nix vs Kuo?

Kuo is the weakest conduit I've seen till now. I think Nix would have pity and train her. A cop with untrained ice powers is like a professional boxer trying kendo for the first time, completely useless.
This was a pretty neat match-up! I'm also very much anticipating the next one, it could be wonderful.

Alden vs Eugene (The two most powerful conduit powers, I say Eugene)
Kuo vs Nix (Probably Nix)
Cole/Nix/Kuo VS Delsin/Fetch/Eugene (Team battle, I say team Delsin)
Kessler vs Augustine (Probably Kessler)
The mayor guy vs Eugene (Probably Eugene)
Sasha vs Hank (Sasha)
The beast Cole vs 100s of conduit powers absorbed Delsin (Impossible to tell)
Vampire Cole vs Electricity absorbed Delsin
I wanna see Zeke vs Reggie

This is unrelated to the video but I felt that inFAMOUS First Light was more enjoyable to play than Second Son, I don’t know it just feels to me that using just one developed element rather than using multiple different elements but not as well developed as in Delsin’s case

I'm glad that I found this channel. As a fan of death battle and someone that does my own match ups like these, I've seen plenty of match up channels and such. But between this, Death Battle, and Cartoon Fight Club, I think this provides the most convincing and accurate arguments

Indeed. Though I have to disagree with your opinion of death battle though. They no longer have credibility due to being incredibly biased with their research and who the victor would come out on top. Their battles, even the early ones, have bias in them that it is no longer factual research but bias to each stats that it is just the opinions of people who lost any sort of credibility. Occasionally, death battle will surprise and give great battles such as link vs cloud and mario vs sonic, but they lost that touch. Tracer vs scout is one such example
Another reason as to why the versus series is massively better. They have love, care, and throughly well researched backgrounds for each characters
@@johnzhou3860 That's what I was saying, this series provides more accurate arguments. Heck, Death Battle will even flat out ignore some feats or statements at times. They almost always seem to have some ulterior motive, which is why I only watch it for entertainment and don't really consider them vs debaters

I enjoyed this! I am glad that you decided to do another inFamous themed fight; because in the last one I saw (Evil Cole vs Good Delsin), I thought you said that’d be the last one. But hey, as always you did a phenomenal job. Could you maybe do Kessler vs Augustine?

Cole (Good/Bad) vs Vergil.
do u mean vergil from DMC5? Cole stands 0 chance unless he's evil with the beast's powers, but even still vergil has fought demons that are at least on par with the beast and he's also fought and is pretty much an equal to Dante who fights demons with almost zero effort most of the time, vergil is by far faster not even accounting his teleportation, all of his abilities are super powerful, and unlike cole he doesn't need to recharge his powers (which in this battle cole would need to recharge constantly to stand a chance)
Also sure Cole can send regular humans flying back with ease, but Vergil can send demons flying back with ease probably killing them on impact and he can also send Dante flying back, this is impressive seeing as Dante is the son of sparda the strongest known demon, he also can greatly slow time with the yamato not to mention his devil trigger which enhances all of this by a great amount
@@lilvro7016 that and Vergil is too fast for Evil Cole to the point where Vergil wouldn't even allow Cole to turn into his beast form
I think Fetch dose have this down her powers are more varied her fighting tactics are better and she's better at one on one so ya.

Going in, my hypothesis is Fetch s l a p s b/c military training and it won't even be close. esp. considering her performance ingame w/things like just her basic lasers and the singularity. I don't remember much about infamous 2 though. Depends on if RFI is allowed I guess.

You missed fetches sight wave, when you press r3 on the playstation constroller fetch sends out a wave that highlights enemies which would render nixs smoke screen useless
In a fight like this, Nix would win simply because she has _no_ reservations over using her powers. Hate to say it, but she’d mop the floor with Fetch.

When Nix grabs Fetch, why couldn't Fetch escape by becoming neon?
Because Nix's Naplam grip holds onto more than 50% of the body making it hard to break its was only of the more effective one two punches that Nix and Cole would use together. Nix would hold the enemy down and Cole would attack them.

True but because Fetch has a physical body she can still take hits. When you use your travel speed you can still take damage when hints at the possibly that here neon powers cant always phase thru the powers of other conduits.

@@3TopicsReviewer didn’t one of the concrete conduits use the same move but instead it’s well, concrete, and that covers about half of fetches/Delsins body and they got out of it, I also need to mention that can’t fetch manipulate the light particles on nixes body, which would be more sensitive due to her combustion power and just obliterate her, not trying to sound biased.

doddsa1231 I have to agree. James Heller may have fewer attacks and variety then Delsin Rowe. However he makes up for it with Shear strength speed and durability. Delsin Rowe has enough to keep James on his toes but that's about it. If Delsin had access to all of his powers at once then I could see him overwhelming Heller. But as it stands the moment he gets in close, It's game over for Delsin. Not a single one of delsin's abilities provides a distinct advantage over Heller whereas Delsin has been proven vulnerable to physical attack
doddsa1231 James Heller has resisted small to heavy gunfire and has ripped apart tanks with his bare hands. Delsin cannot say the same. Delsin is not bringing anything to the table that James Heller can't deal with. Plus you throw in Heller's military training and combat experience. This would be a battle of attrition, with each of them throwing everything they have at the other. Ultimately Heller will Outlast him and the moment he gets in close and tags hims, its over.

Evil cole from infamous 2 could beat all the conduits we have seen in the infamous series not including the beast because the beast is much different then a normal conduit so like I was saying he could be all of them combined
cole mc bueno also has a good chance of beating many drivers do not forget that he has experience as he beat many drivers who were very powerful including his future self who had twice the power and experience.
Not sure about augustin for cole ya know she can controle concrete and him ELECTRICITY she is the perfect counter for cole and don t forget about celia we only know that she can have a perfect controle in her power by litterely living in paper form so yes he is on the top 3 but he can not beat all the conduit on the game

OK so i kinda had an idea after this i went back to the infamous games Namely numbers 1 and 2 can you do a match up between Bertrand and Alden? there very similar interms of how they view themselves like how *God has plans for both of them* and there powers do have there similarites and difference Alden"s(concreate) vs Bertrands(swamp) so dust man vs swamp monsters? its kinda up to you is just a suggestion.

I've always wanted to see that too.
Two problems though:
1. I doubt 3TR will do this since he doesn't play fire emblem.
2. Unless you count the goddess blessing given to Ike at the end of radiant dawn, I think zack would get the edge easily.
