This is a damn good routine! Especially the hamstring stretch which is fantastic for not only for the hamstrings but helps a golfer feel what the hips and pelvis should be doing in the golf swing. I’ll be doing this routine daily if not twice daily!
As a 40 yr old Carpenter getting back into golf this content is custom made for me. I've been doing your hip routines its good to see the old 90 90 included here. Thanks mate much appreciated

Can you please negotiate with TH-cam and stop ads during your videos. They are very annoying and come in at a very inconvenient time during the workout. (three ads during a 20 minute video!) You have over a million subscribers and your followers deserve ad free content.

Could you do one for skateboarding/snowboarding/surfing? Any of them require a lot of hip mobility and tend to lead to some imbalances. Much love! ❤️
There is a lot in here that would benefit but I’ll look at a specific one
Useful for tennis players too, our "hitting side" gets over built and we have imbalances, sometimes severe.
