P wedge first. Hit 5 half shots, 5 3/4 shots and 5 full shots. Then I grab 3 clubs. I hit 5 shots with each club. (8 iron, 3 wood, Driver) Then chip 15 balls. 5 low, 5 middle, 5 high. Then putt. (5 short straight. Then 3 on the right of the hole, 3 above it, 3 left side, 3 below) Then tee off.
Get there about 50 minutes before, stretch for 5 minutes (LagShot, 2 wedges together), 10 shots 58, trying to hit 10 yard increments, 6-8 shots with 8, 6, 4, 2. 5 shots pre shot routine with 3 wood and driver. Then go putt for 15 minutes with 5 balls, 3, 6, 10, pre putt routine, and then finish with 30 ft, and the goal is not to 3 putt, then go off
Show up 30 minutes before my round get a small bucket and then the starter says I have to move up to the earlier tee time because someone didn't show up/there is an open spot. So I hit a couple wedge shots and if lucky end with a couple good driver swings before rushing to the 1st tee box.
Depends if I’ve eaten and had water. But I hit wedges half shots up to full swings and then go up the bag with 3 good strikes per club and try to keep my swing as basic and slow as I can
New to golf and this information is so helpful for me with how to swing and how each part of my body should be moving. Her explanation breaks it down in a way I can understand.
This has got to be one of the coolest teachers. I felt like I was back in school getting scolded for not taking this serious enough. I’m going to check her out.
I remember when I first started I always did like 30 min of stretching. Totally useless. Now I do the same thing I do when I warm up for lifting. 3-5 repetitions of the main movement at lower intensity. I just do a couple of chips, then I hit slightly harder, then I go full tilt. Pretty much never had an injury in golf or lifting.
sorry that would tweak my lower back. I need mini squats and triangle pose, no twisting, just lengthening of side body to release hips and connect upper torso to legs.
What does your warm-up routine look like? ⬇

3rd sequence - what about lag?
Not only I can't hit a golf ball, now I can't even do the warm up exercises. 😪
What warm up? Scheffler was literally in jail before his round and shot under par😂.
He literally said he was stretching in jail
@@jott1717 that’s different from his normal routine and a 45 minute drive back to the course.
He was warming up on the bars
@@bananaballgolfermbaya6908 yeah the purpose of this video is basically stretching for at least 7 minutes so...what are you talking about
😂😂😂
straightening the left knee just to straighten it isn't producing any vertical force
1Good drill
