Why would you want someone who definetly had something to do with your brother, or son’s murder to just walk free ? Read is not innocent in this , she was the last person with him. In her car, and knew exactly where she left him . There relationship was at its end , they both knew that, but just by Reads personality and actions , it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see or hear more of her nasty words to know that Read was obsessed and jealous of O’Keefe being with anyone else but her .

The judge dismissed the court without allowing the jury to say a word. The judge almost immediately just dismissed the court. Her bias is clear to me.

I always heard the judge give the jury their closing instructions. You don't have to speak etc. before anyone ever leaves the court room.
Its possible she wanted to poll the jury out of the eye of the public. Thats not uncommon. You dont want the jury being exposed to more criticism than necessary. But it looks like she didnt poll them at all.

We've seen judges ask, did you come to a verdict on any of the counts, when the jury is unable to agree. And if they have, that verdict stands! On record, before the jury is dismissed. It's insane to me to think the judge didn't even find out what the split was over. Insanity.

He said it was very confusing. The verdict form did not have (not guilty) the judge stated it was obvious if you believed she wasn’t guilty you left it blank. It seemed particularly confusing on the day.

The judge told them they have to agree on everything, without clear instructions that everything is for each count. The judge didn’t make this clear. I can easily see where people not working with law might not understand this. It’s Bev’s fault, but also attorneys for not asking her to make that clear.

She changed the form to offer guilty for each charge OR innocent on ALL charges option, that was it…no innocent on each charge- this is 1000% the judges fault. Also, she is friends with the decedents family and bailed out John’s brother from jail when he got his DUI leaving someone in a wheelchair from a drunk driving accident last year. She should’ve recused herself- she made many more mistakes than this in the trial. This entire city is filled with half ass professionals or full blown criminal city workers. No one in this town did anything about all the corruption for decades…now that they’re being called out, and only now, they’re FINALLY standing up for change. What a mess.
Also, Chris Albert’s 1994 Hit And Run Homicide Shows He Hired Judge Beverly Cannone’s Expensive Attorney Brother, Police Never Questioned Him About Drunk Driving. Beverly Cannone’s Brother Was Chris Albert’s Attorney When He Killed a Man In a 1995 Crash, He Worked With Jill Daniels’ Father At Quincy Courthouse. Chris Albert fled the scene and then turned himself in. This family has done many wrongdoings with none or hardly any consequences.
Karen Reed bailed John's brother Paul O'Keefe out of jail, not the judge. Agree with all the corruption going on, I also want to add that it looks like the police, the state police, and possibly the DA's office hydrate with beer instead of water. Unfortunately, many dead brain cells from all that drinking are in the brains of people whose decision affects people's lives...like accusing an innocent woman of hitting a person with a 6000lbs car which was proven to be factually impossible.
The judge is friends with the actual murderers.
One correction. Karen bailed Paul Okeefe out of jail from his 24 mph dui car accident he caused in which an elderly man was paralyzed. He blames Karen, who never hit John with her car, yet he actually DID cause a serious accident while drunk. And you can google the photo from his accident which shows how much damage a 24 mph accident actually does. You can't make this stuff up.

@@gwp4eva Even though I believe she is not guilty 100%, you are incorrect. She was not acquitted. The jury was hung, hence couldn't come to ANY verdict using the form they were given. The state has already declared that they intend to retry her on all charges.

Only if she's Acquitted for those charges which is why I'm assuming here, the defense wants them dropped. Then hopefully go back to trial and have her acquitted on manslaughter. I’ve had my share of crazy women in my life. 2 restraining orders long ago. I know the type but they all don’t lead to killers. Many women kill though. She snaps like a biscuit. The evidence is huge. I was a dog breeder of hunting dogs. Pig hunting dogs. They are definitely not even close to dog bites or dog scratches. DNA would be over loaded. Dogs mouths soak. He didn’t go in no house. The days doesn’t lie. GPS has him on the lawn straight after her reversal at speed. His DNA is inside the housing of a tail light. It’s a brand new car. The tail light was sealed before it broke as we saw in footage 2 days earlier. Not a mark on the car.
So he didn’t work at Lexus did he. Microscopic pieces are mixed in with blood and vomit in his clothes. The reconstruction guys although highly rated looked at 1/3 of all evidence. That phone because my nightmare is a growing. Rings daddy all night as every 40 year old does. Calls 53 times. Panicking. 4;40 speaks to her father. 4;45 wakes Kaylee and says something really bad has happened then storms off ranting. Comes back I think John could have been hit by a plough. Calls Jen McCabe with Kaylee’s phone. Mentioned her tail light busted and this is another key. So she knows it’s busted. Ksykee bscks up Jen McCabes story. Says she had a big fight with John and she left him at the water fall. Then calls many people. Has a different story for each person. Kaylee said she’s never seen Karen like this before. Rings Jen McCabe again. This time she says broken tailight and left him at the water fall but Jen’s husband says what is she talking about? They were out front of your sisters ? Jen remembers and says Karen we saw you at my sisters place out front ? What are you talking about? Karen replies I can’t remember I was too drink I don’t remember going there. Umm ok Karen. Gets in her car and as we know the tail light busted as been mentioned twice by Karen. She pulls out then love taps johns car bumper to bumper if anyone knows cars. And then takes off. Right there. I’ve zoomed in. And it’s a gaping hole. Clear as day. So the conspiracy is shot. It’s a fairly story. The whole works. Calls Kerry at 5am that’s before she’s headed out. He’s dead Kerry. Click. Calls 5;01. Kerry it’s a plough that got him. Or might have done it ? lol. I could go on with har X-ray vision eyes seeing a body in that darkness under snow in a car in a blizzard. When I was on a jury with multiple counts the judge specifically told us if we can ALL agree on at least one count, that we need to provide that verdict, even if we couldn’t agree on ALL counts.

They asked for, and got a mistrial - which they said was a victory. They made their choice. Now they are filing another useless motion, based on unsubstantiated information.

One can not go outside of the court hearing and have any said juror telling Reads attorney that the first two listed crimes the jury had found Read Not guilty . First , that is HEARSAY, and not permitted in testimony, secondly this happened supposedly with a few jurors, well that’s not the entire jury, and again this hearsay musdlinging outside of the court room is not admissible, it sounds more like no matter what you believe if she’s guilty or not, that Reads attorneys are truly grasping at anything. Stuff like this doesn’t just happen two weeks after the trial ends . The judge needs too have all of this investigated, and bring charges against whom ever is lying and starting this.. most of the time this stuff is ignored because it’s hearsay .

The easiest thing to put it to bed is brig the jury back and question them. The judge won’t though because she’s too far down the hole but guaranteed this does not go to retrial! The whole thing was a sham! Guess we’ll see what happens on 22nd but next week will be interesting.
