Lawyers are also good at twisting things and asking questions in a way to try and trap you. He asked if he had prepped for the trial yesterday with anyone other than his lawyer. It sounds like the lawyer was asking him if he prepped YESTERDAY with anyone else but he meant in general.

He shows propensity for hot headed especially when there is alcohol. That night there was alcohol around and Colin has been seen at "21" bars even when under that age. I think someone said Colin was not there (as if to count him out as a suspect). There more to it as to why I suspect him, but that's enough to show it is a rational suspicion.

The name Trooper Proctor sounds like Inspector Gadget LOL . BTW is Michael Proctor still working for the state police? Why wasn't he relieved of Duty? He failed to conduct an investigation properly and not only that but was looking through Karen Reed's phone for nude pictures as he was telling his classmates and was upset he never found any! In general, she is not biased. She's a pretty even-handed judge. She is definitely tired of how long this is all taking, however. And who can blame her. From what I have watched, these lawyers on both sides waste a lot of time getting to the point. WAAAAAAAAY too much time spent on credentials, background, etc. of expert witnesses. WAAAAAAY too much time spent on irrelevant details, having people read over/look over documents and images, and asking inappropriately phrased questions. These are all experienced attorneys. They should know how this works.
Why is Judge aka 'Aunty Bev' sustaining, and ultimately silencing the Defence Questioning of a "can't remember" Witness?! The all encompassing conflict of interest is criminal!

I just assumed the Commonwealth had a decent case considering they brought it to trial. Yet here we are 2 weeks into the trial and im only more confused.. It's the defence that has been putting on the case so far, and this judge has been insane. No speaking objections? Questioning the witnesses herself? Family ties to the Albert family to the point the kids call her 'Aunt Bev'
