This is so exciting, i have been feeling so tight and tense and this shifted something slightly but very relieved for the slight change. I can tell my body and mind will benefit the more i do this. I just ordered the book. Thank you so much❤

You’re welcome! So excited to hear something shifted!! It was like that for me too so I just had to share it with others in hopes it could help. ❤️

This book has been on my reading list for the last 2 years. I found some exercises on TH-cam a while ago and I completely forgot about it. Thank you for reminding it and demonstrating it in an easy way ❤ I will definitely read it and try the exercises❤️
    P.S. I love your enthusiasm 🙂

Great! Sometimes our timing isn’t right and those reminders bring it to us when we are ready for it! ❤️

A while ago I read a statement from someone that the breath we’re doing supposedly works with the vagus nerve as well. There are also devices that work on the nerve, Nurosym for example.

I believe it. I used to never be able to do the breath and my neck always seemed kinked. Then one day all of a sudden I hit the breath and my neck no longer kinked. Our spinal cord is our main line of energy in our body! Any small kinks reduce the energy flow just link a kink in a hose.

Thank you so much for modeling in a much more realistic manner. I read a vagus nerve book two years ago and the exercises seemed time consuming. Anywho, I would like to activate vagus nerve stimulation through the stomach as you referenced somebody who does it. I been having lower abdomen pain for three years. I wonder if that can work. If you know any resource, let me know. I’ve been trying the pineal gland breath that I learned at the Joe dispenza retreat . Although it feels good in the brain, it still has not relieved pain yet. Anywho great content as always .

I’m glad I could help make them more clear. Here is that video I watched about the lady tapping her belly. I’d be interested to know if they help. I have dealt with gut pain a lot in the past. In fact this week it came back for some reason. I think I just have had the emotion of anxiety coming up forcing me to deal with it. Anxiety is huge in the 2nd center. When you feel pain in your body, your body is trying to tell you something. Best wishes to you with your gut healing! It’s possible! I know! But don’t get upset if it’s gone and comes back. That’s just you dealing with you and overcoming you.

Yes! Just do which ever ones work for you. Just the basic exercise of looking to one side is all you really need to do.
