It's great seeing more goemon fans rising up. Honestly I always coming up with movesets for him. Sorry for the late comment though. Loved emulating the rpgs along with the nes and snes era games too. Can't wait to see the ps1 games get translated too
Personally I did enjoy your idea of a moveset though in the past I have thought of different moves and attacks. Like how he could used his spiked yoyo or chain pipe as his tether recover or grab. Though the only other thing that came to me my mind was a jet back as his recovery iirc whenever he respawns in GG2 (SFC) and in Goemon's Great Adventure he shows up using one. Lots of would love to see him return as a fighter in smash bros. Though man that would be a great day to be alive just to see his reveal

I have only owned and played one Goemon game, Mystical Ninja, and it is amazing! Goemon in Smash really is a no brainer.
Heck yeah! Highly recommend playing the rest if you have the means, worth it!
