Dang that siege tank fight the decision on who has to walk to who made all the difference. Having to close that distance with the tanks in siege gave them all the advantage in the world.
@@davidelfving5138 Well yes but if the tanks had to unsiege move forward then resiege, thats a TON of time lost on attack for the vanguard to close the gap as we saw at the start of the fight. They managed to get into range for their own attacks by the time the tanks got to fire a single round. By being able to start firing at the max range of the siege tanks they got an easy couple rounds off before they could even try to shoot back which crippled the vanguard. Had they STARTED siege mode and stayed that way it would have been a total massacre.

@@davidelfving5138 If we're letting them be that tactical, the Vanguards could counter by having individual Vanguards move forward to kill the single unsieged tanks in order to split the fire from the sieged ones and reduce splash damage, constantly rotating which ones attack to maximize shield regen. A single Vanguard volley will kill a tank while it takes multiple tank shots to break through their shields, so they would win the battle of attrition.
Primal igniters suck lol, just an overpriced hellbat with armored tag. Maybe 5 hellbats don't win this fight but same mineral value of swann hellbats, 9 I think, crushes those lings
And reavers are twice as op in SC2, they move way faster, have twice the hp and auto build ammo for free. Basically no ground unit counters them effectively.
that is because they were 100% positional. Had the angles been slightly different, the results could have gone completely differently. Same with the zergling vs. incinerator, RNG was a huge factor in many of these matchups.
A lot of it just comes down to siege tanks in siege mode before the vanguards ever reach them. Position would be correct, but it's always an instance that favors the siege tank as long as they're set up before the fight even happens. Ghosts vs mothership, the result was expected, given the EMP grenades. They're spread out enough too that the mothership can't lance more than 1-2 per attack.

What fight? Reavers win 100% of the time. They kill the disruptors in 2 shots before they detonate and don't have a 21 seconds cooldown. Also disruptors do friendly fire which hurts them a lot.
Here's an idea: Terran army with 1 Ghost that calls down a nuke. The battle is both a race to see if the Ghost gets killed or the nuke comes down, plus a fight between the survivors (if any) afterwards.

In fairness, Siege Tanks are usually at a massive disadvantage in these fights because they don't enter siege mode till they come to within normal firing range of the enemy. That's a HUGE handicap because as this match vs the Vanguards showed, if the Siege Tanks start off in siege mode they can pummel the incoming enemy before most of them can even get close enough to fire off a shot.
This just proves how powerful the primal Zerg is, dehaka hasn’t lost once and 4 igniters managed to kill 12500 minerals worth of zerglings with only 750 mineral and 250 gas payment
those fights were actually closer than I thought but Reavers and siege Tanks yes were routing for them and was so scared but yes ❣️❣️❣️. Also not sure what the conversation would sound like but they're fights 😆😅😆🤣🤣😆😁 are spitting matches in my opinion 😅😅😆😁

I'd like to once again suggest protoss campaign units vs zerg campaign units. for example raptor and swarm zerglings vs whirlwind zealots, centurions, and sentinels

Colossi don't have enough single-target damage. Result: Popped, 2:1 3. Unstoppable force versus immovable object. My terran heart says tanks. Result: I thought I was totally wrong when they started just rolling right through the tank line. Lucky for me they split. 4. ... I don't know what these guys do. Uhhh lings for the win? Result: So *that's* what those guys do! I think I got lucky... 5. Mothership about to make roast ghost for dinner Result: For some reason I thought the AOE would be sideways like colossi. EMPs were brutal. 4/5, a B's good enough for me!
Collis aren't even meant for mechanical units and yet scarabs barely beat them. I always though scarabs were just too slow. If you put scarabs against anything else I'm certain they will lose. Their DPS is really disappointing. But when you get the artanis mastery where they can shoot super fast that's when all is well in the world.

Primal Igniters are one of the least used units in Dehaka's arsenal overall, since utility against large numbers of small units isn't that important overall.

It's a gene mutation, the +50% life one. Honestly not sure how to handle gene mutations in these vids, so I just gave them all the same one.
