It took more than 10 years of the game existence to invent the strategy “proxy two rax marines into… marines” :D
I had someone do this to me 4 times yesterday, they’re a barcode who change their portrait between games. It’s definitely a build that requires you to micro well.
I am sure it must be demanding enough :) But it’s definitely not a problem for Mark!
@@chiennation5932 Marines counter everything, if you don't win, you didn't make enough marines. They shoot up, they shoot down, every thing dies.

The jargon that always tripped me up is referring to upgrades as like one/one attack/armor as well as buildings as one/one for 1 barracks, 1 factory 1 starport

it's one/one/one for the 1 rax, 1 factory, 1 starport not one/one. It's self-explanatory.

I've often mused at how inconsistent and confusing some build order names are. For example, "12 rax" (meaning to build a rax on 12 supply) means something completely different to "3 rax" (meaning to build 3 raxes). It's not hard to see why that could be confusing.

How about "one way shots only?" Things that cannot target both air and ground. This could go random, too. Not sure how vikings fit there, but sounds like a simple enough rule.

What does beasty have anything to do with making sc2 content? People were doing it way before beasty...
@@kesatola3554 a couple of years ago Beasty was doing a similar thing. Calling an off the wall build order (like no attack 20 minutes) and sticking with it against high level opponents. Although he would start a new account and take it all the way to Grandmaster if possible.
@@paratus04 It's not like beasty invented 'X to grandmaster' idea. Number of people were trying to see with what kind of non-optimal strategies they could get to GM with, me included. So, at least in my opinion, it is quite silly to say 'Respect to BeastyQt for giving Uthermal the ideas to make such great content', as it's not like beasty was the first person to realize that you can get to GM with non-optimal play.

I think you should post the occasional loss on this channel with titles like; 'unit x sucks!', 'Terran can't win on this map' or 'this pro build is terrible!'.
you could have save the marines instead of throwing them away like that. A Pro player would have micro in with backup and end it right there.

Also mate, You can't really do the same thing as you did a couple of years ago, can you? Considering there are considerably meta updates and patches. You can if you are playing with people below your league.
It's just like those older corporate employees, their resume/cv says "I have done this before". Turns out many of them now just sit around doing F**k all while stealing credits and abuses their juniors.
You were able to win that first game in about 5 minutes if youd pressed the attack after getting into the main.
