    Dude, the low pushup hold just slayed me.
    Having done a bunch of your workouts, I like when the songs from the beginner workouts come on, they are like classics to me now. I just imagine you moonlighting as a DJ and mixing those songs.

      I've done lots of Dan's workouts, and end up doing a lot of the push ups on knees, and as for that finisher.... Pulses after all that!!! I couldn't even hold myself up let alone pulse Dan is an inspiration...

    Really enjoyed this, nice to include the core. Used 17.5kg DBs which made it challenging but definitely give the xhest an amazing pump..

    Day 26 done, A great workout, Except that finisher, ohhh man that was so so tough, Negative push ups, low push up hold, low push up pulses got my whole body shaking 🤣🤣🤣, All in all my chest n abs are feeling great, Thanks mate🙏

      Absolutely! After the 6 weeks are over we'll continue with HIIT workouts but will begin adding in 10/20/30 min area-focused workouts.

    A tip from personal experience doing these marvelous workout, while this 30 min plan is great, I found that I can focus more intensity on the chest with the 20min variant and the abs with the 12min.
    Isolating each section.

    Found that one a real tester! I must admit I felt it really in my back the first ten minutes or so, so I swapped in high knees and mountain climbers for the swings and goblet squats, at various times in the workout… maybe I should’ve reduced the weight for these? (Used 12.5 kg)…

    Yeah, fantastic chest workout!! finisher done only partially, it was too difficult. But for all chest press I took 18kg dumbbells, flyes with 10kg both on bench. I can feel it now after an hour:-) great one, I will definitely repeat

      Not stupid at all. It really just depends on your body, your diet, and how consistently you workout.
