Day 26 done, A great workout, Except that finisher, ohhh man that was so so tough, Negative push ups, low push up hold, low push up pulses got my whole body shaking 🤣🤣🤣, All in all my chest n abs are feeling great, Thanks mate🙏

A tip from personal experience doing these marvelous workout, while this 30 min plan is great, I found that I can focus more intensity on the chest with the 20min variant and the abs with the 12min. Isolating each section.

Found that one a real tester! I must admit I felt it really in my back the first ten minutes or so, so I swapped in high knees and mountain climbers for the swings and goblet squats, at various times in the workout… maybe I should’ve reduced the weight for these? (Used 12.5 kg)…

Yeah, fantastic chest workout!! finisher done only partially, it was too difficult. But for all chest press I took 18kg dumbbells, flyes with 10kg both on bench. I can feel it now after an hour:-) great one, I will definitely repeat

@@TIFFxDAN yup! However I only had one adjustable dumbbell (my brother and I split our set)... So I did single arm at a slightly higher weight to make up for the rest I got on the other arm.

This is a good weight-lifting training online for chest muscle which i do it often. My goal is "having a big round sharp chest muscle same as Mr.DAN.
