Day 26 completed! This was tough. I only could do the standard pushups after the first set. All other versions of pushups were done from my knees. Archers are almost impossible to do.

If you are just starting out the best advice I can give is to take all the workouts at your own speed, take breaks when you need them, listen to your body and modify accordingly. I'm excited for you to begin your journey to improve your health! I'll be cheering you on every step of the way!

I am trying to stick to my schedule of MONDAY: LEGS TUESDAY: BACK & BICEP WEDNESDAY: CHEST & TRI THURSDAY: SHOULDERS FRIDAY: LEGS SATURDAY: CORE & CARDIO SUNDAY: REST I am a starter at 6'7/245lbs. My question is if using these videos and others you have posted for what muscle I am doing for what day is a good idea or if I should follow yours in order from day 1?
Update it's chest and tricep day again and I can not for the life of me knock these push-ups out after doing dumbells. How are you not shaking or freezing in place trying to get the rep?
Did this for the first time today. I hate to admit it, but I kinda laughed to myself about using the 20 lb DBs for second round, thought it might be too light. [Checks notes...] I put those down and picked up the 10 lb DBs to finish the last 3 exercises. Great workout.
My chest and triceps are on 🔥 but I truly enjoyed it it was awesome workout Thank you boss for giving us you time. Good job alway. I’m ready for day 27. I might be later getting it in but trust me I will catch-up. Thanks again ❤
Day 26😳😳 done..Am so shocked 😂😂I've never done so many chest presses,pushups etc in my life. This challenged me to the the core,I wanted to give up. Am so glad that I didn't see a finisher 😂😂😂🤭
Hey TiffxDan been loving these workouts. Just a bit of feedback, could you announce the next exercise so there’s no need to look at the screen. I end up losing time cause I have to walk away from the mat or bench to see what’s up next on my phone. Hearing it would ease the recovery and rush between sets. Big love from India!
This one always killed me 😅. Great workout . I was doing 100 pushups a day for about a year and I think it permanently destroyed my wrists so this work out was tough . Good stuff!
This is insane!!! i only had 1 set of dumbells (10 kgs each) and so it was a little bit of a challenge keeping up. BUT I was still able to finish it strong! Great workout video!
Great workout my guy!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was like 30 minutes of tobata but with weights! Legit made my arms feel like noodles at the end, set of 20 lbs and 15s w/ a 30 for the skull crushers 💀
Skullcrusher pushups are definitely are an advanced move... one tip I have is starting on your knees first and just try to start with a couple of good reps. It's a lot of tricep strength. Commandos and narrow pushups are great to build strength for these as well.
