Approx 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
3 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt to taste
2 thick slices of brioche bread
Makes 6 sticks

Have you ever tried a bit of passata spread thinly on the bread before the garlic butter? Our favourite pizza place does it. Ok they do use a thinly sliced piece of bread and toast it under a griller but the addition of the tomato to it is delicious

To make the garlic bread tastier, bake the garlic in oil in a pan till it turns Brown or if it bubbles ( i do it all the time and it tastes bomb) totally recommended😊
