Has great Potential. Especially being close to the schools and the yard size. The flooring needs to be the same and having the laundry room area redone/upgraded would be a plus! Also give all the bedroom a light fixtures. THANK you for sharing.
Being on a main road is one reason why it hasn't sold yet. The floors being stained is a turn off for many. Buyers may be thinking why aren't the floors in good condition. The wall in the kitchen should be taken down for a more updated and open concept. The addition definitely is nice and adds value. The damaged garage door is definitely an eye sore.
It only has a one car garage. That room the washer/dryer are in are next to the garage and should be converted to another bay so it’s a two-car garage.
Not sure what homes go for on that area But I think home is in good enough condition to see as is If they were to put in all the cosmetics to make someone perfect you say not get your return on it Home will sell regardless as long as price right I think bones are good everything that can be tweaked would be fine buyer preference to change
Where is this house located? What city? Town? How many beds/bath? Sharing that information would definitely help the viewers give more insight as to why the house isn't selling. What square footage is the house? I definitely would not pay that much for that home in that condition.
It's a lovely home. I wonder why the owners didn't fix the roof/gutter issues. Also, I think I would have rearranged that bath/laundry room to make an in-law suite, maybe, but for sure, less laundry, make a nice full bath. Add build ins by the fireplace, maybe restain that whole room.
Garage, Carpet , siding are terrible needs to be replaced. Wooden floors have several damage areas and need replacing. That add on more taxes. Was it done by licensed contractors? The deck needs to be trashed. Primary room with no tub? Pool table cost a lot to be remove/restored. The entire lower half is a gut job. The line of cars during the schools days to pick the kids up right in front of your house? Dated windows need to be replaced? It appears the money they’re looking for is for the small renovations that was done just to get this stage to sale.
Basically, if you’re going to preview houses it would help to provide year built and square footage. Also, it appears that there are apartments in the neighborhood. You also need to ample up your descriptives and stop harping over and over on property price. You never pointed our the mix matched floors or flow of the floor plan. The fridge is too big for where it is place. The floor plan seems choppy especially up stairs where the hallway is short and there’s no privacy. That is not a master bath. Saying it’s a “small bathroom but it’s yours” doesn’t justify it’s a poorly designed area.

Yes the two different floor colors is awful
That basement has an oven in it because it used to be a canning kitchen

Towson area of Baltimore County. 2800 SF. Thanks for asking! The video has the bed and bath count. You’re right! Too much work to do for that price.

1st thing you see is 4 different types of flooring when you walk in. I wouldn't even look further at this house, seeing the many flavors of flooring

Appreciate the feedback
Too much different flooring going on I love hardwood floors but in this case I likely would have matched with the kitchen floor
