Get the TEAL & ORANGE Look without LUTS in Davinci Resolve | Simple Tutorial

- In this video I go over how to get the classic TEAL and ORANGE look without the use of LUTS. I try to get to this look mainly in my primaries to keep it simple.
**NOTE**
I could not fit this in the video due to pacing, but to make the image more appealing you can qualify the green in my shirt and pull a tiny bit of the teal out of it if you want a more clean look.
I have provided practice footage that is already in REC. 709 so you can get right into color correcting and grading.

Thank you for watching, subscribe to support the channel! Remember there are principles for color grading NOT rules, so have fun and create you own style. I will see you in the next one!
Thank you mate really appreciate it. Just gave you a follow. I’m starting to learn DaVinci and I feel like my biggest issue is understanding curves.
You’re welcome! Yeah i’ll be diving deeper into curves in future vids!
maybe a video to see how you use the new "Film Look tool" in davinci 19 if u already use the beta would be cool too
I think I will wait for the official update but I will definitely make a video on it!
Will recreate soon
🙌
Thanks a lot, that was very useful for me as I'm currently learning color grading. I have a little question, what is the use of parallel nodes, as opposed to serial ?
Better blending of colors or power windows. I will do a video on serials, parallels, and layer node differences.
