To be fair these guys are very good. A couple of months ago I bought the Porsche 930 that Rob had previously owned from Tom/Carl and they couldn't do enough for me, they made the deal so ridiculously easy it was a revelation. I sent an email enquiring about the car and got a phone call back within 10 minutes, a video sent over, all the information I needed and they made me feel like a genuinely valued customer. I flew in from Dubai and they opened up at 7am on a Sunday morning for me to collect it, Tom was stood there waiting. I've bought cars from places all over the world but these guys really were the easiest and nicest guys to deal with.
Nice honesty, I was in business 52 years , honesty is the best policy . You will get enemies along the way. Jealous staff. , but they come and go and the Boss stays Great interview, respect for you all. 👍

I've seen Carl talking on another video about how he was working when really young and his Dad giving him the get up early ethics.. He was off buying cars at auctions for the family business as a teenager. The fact these guys talk honestly about car model issues makes it even more attractive to someone making a high value purchase and getting their unbiased opinions.
