New edges all of a sudden got very popular for drifting. Sadly I think more are going to wind up like this Bullitt and it’s only going to drive prices up. Look at Nissan 240’s prices now, I remember those used to be cheap but they became popular for drifting, get beat up after a drifting season and now the clean examples are going for some money now.
Well my mustang isn't a bullit but I'm in the process of saving a 2000 gt. Previous owner was careless and did a engine swap with a non pi motor. I've just bought a pi engine with 100,xxx on the clock an will begin the swapp in a few weeks. Hopefully with some time I can bring her back to the beauty she once was.
Another sad story about a special edition New Edge Mustang molested and beat to snot. Makes you wonder how many Cobra, Mach and Bullitts are left, and how many are in sad shape. These are getting harder to find in pristine shape, I attend a C&C every Sunday and I am the only New Edge there out of about 175 cars.
I’m curious of how many 99 to 01 cobras are still out there… I have a feeling that these cars being the Cobra, Mach1 and Billitt will climb in value.

Combine the PI heads with the NPI block (which has more compression) for more power..

So it’s getting parted out all because of a rod knock? What a waste. Why not swap a new motor in it?
