There are so many things I love about this video. After about 9 months of your exercise routines, this is definitely my favorite. There were moves I hadn't done before and new combinations that provided a bit of a challenge, but not impossible for me. The pace was perfect. I very much appreciated the water break. I can't get through a 30-minute workout without water. I was also glad you incorporated forward, backward, and side-to-side moves. I think that as we age (I'm 70) these moves strengthen the backup muscles and help with coordination and balance. Job well done! Keep them coming.

I’ve been reading how these exercises that make you breathless and full of sweat and so forth aren’t even as good for you is just a steady, happy positive workout like you always offer. I found these after I sprained an ankle out on a walk. Started doing the sitting exercises and now I love the rest of them!! So good to exercise in doors on cold days!!
