    There are so many things I love about this video. After about 9 months of your exercise routines, this is definitely my favorite. There were moves I hadn't done before and new combinations that provided a bit of a challenge, but not impossible for me. The pace was perfect. I very much appreciated the water break. I can't get through a 30-minute workout without water. I was also glad you incorporated forward, backward, and side-to-side moves. I think that as we age (I'm 70) these moves strengthen the backup muscles and help with coordination and balance. Job well done! Keep them coming.

    I absolutely love this video. It’s fun. It goes fast. It can be dancy. And you don’t get super winded super sweaty. I’ve been reading how these exercises that make you breathless and full of sweat and so forth aren’t even as good for you is just a steady, happy positive workout like you always offer.     I have had a rough few years with hypothyroidism and resultant surgery then the challenge of getting my metabolism back on track whilst dealing with menopause! Your videos have kept me sane!     Loved this one! I used 1# weights throughout. I think it went super fast, mostly because of having to figure out the coordination in some of the moves, lol. Good challenge for the brain, too!

    The new combo moves were a challenge today, my brain is befuddled with catarrh (thanks to my grandchildren passing on their playgroup germs 😂) but I loved every minute of this. I am a great believer in movement as medicine, so thank you for today's prescription Dr Jules 😊
