this was just in time for my before bed workout! thank you soooo much! 😆👍🏻👍🏻 alright, i just tried the whole routine and the plank really made me feel like i need to work on my core 😂 number 8 was the one i struggled with most so i think i’ll just sub that with regular pushups. overall, i absolutely loved it! thank you! ❤
