hi, I wanted to share my results 148/98 is now down to 110/77. I've been doing your 3 workouts at increasing intensity for 3 months now. NO meds!!!! Thank you
As always you motivate me and give me the energy I need for the week, I am 63 years old and with your Exercises for 2 and a half years, you encouraged me to do your routines, I lost 23 kg in 2 and a half years, I am very grateful to you for that. Thank you very much Richard. A hug
Wow this is incredible and what a lovely comment, thank you so much. It's so good to hear what positive impact these videos are having and this is the reason I produce these videos, to help people manage their health. I appreciate your support!
These videos have saved my life and helped me get healthier! I am now no longer at risk of heart attack or stroke after three months! But Richard, I beg, WE NEED A PART 4 PLEASE!!!
Great to hear this. Have you checked out my exercise playlist as many of the videos in it will be suitable for people with high blood pressure. Check it out here: th-cam.com/play/PLf9i8qFtMBBK1VBEA-IlSw7VrXxrvxHUF.html
Hope you enjoy it! That's weird that your comments went unnoticed as I "like" and reply to every comment on the TH-cam dashboard that comes up for all 200+ videos (while I still can). Unless you made your comment as a "reply" to another viewers comment, these don't show up on my dashboard, so I wouldn't see them necessarily.
Bro, the Almighty has made you a means to help me overcome the stress, anxiety, and high blood pressure I have been struggling with for the past eight years. Over the last few days, I’ve been feeling relaxed, calm, and refreshed. I have no words to thank you, brother. Stay blessed.
@@ExerciseForHealth My pleasure Richard, I know the value is small, but just know that I'm really grateful for your workout videos. They're very helpful. Have a nice weekend!
For me this is an excellent workout so far - I highly recommend Richard if, like me, you need a gentle re-introduction to exercise and are overweight and over age. Thanks Richard !!!
Ive done this a couple of times now and even though I can’t do the planks, I thoroughly enjoy this work out. You keep adding videos and it makes it harder for me to decide which one to do haha. As always, great job explaining everything in a fashion that I can understand it and follow you. Thank you so much.
So glad you have a 3rd one for reducing blood pressure. I plan to do them every day. It's good to cycle the 3 sessions. This will be my 3rd day and feeling good just after a couple of sessions. I love your pacing, the recovery periods and modifications. It makes it so doable and yet at the same time I feel I've had a great workout. Thank you!
You're very welcome. I'm always adding to the blood pressure playlist so keep checking it here: th-cam.com/play/PLf9i8qFtMBBI9YPPSqbqzFOOYa45N_pPc.html
Thank you mr. Richard i went to hospital and my BP was 156/110 but after doing you work outs for 6 days it reduced to 132\90 thank you so much you are a life saver.
Thanks! You can always do the plank on a higher support to make it easier, like the back of a chair, dining room table or whatever you have around you to make your body more vertical. The more horizontal your body, the harder it is.
Thank you for your videos. I just discovered how isometric exercises helps lower BP and happened upon your TH-cam channel! Will be watching all of your videos!
Don't worry, as I mention in the video, if you need to pause that's fine. You can also try doing an easier version standing but leaning forwards into the wall with your arms straight (as though you were going to do a wall press). This will be a modified version that's a little easier on the core.
Great thank you. You can use the blood pressure video playlist where all these are in one place here: th-cam.com/play/PLf9i8qFtMBBI9YPPSqbqzFOOYa45N_pPc.html
Invigorating!!!! Love the sense of well being after your workout. Pl may I request u to work on kness. Getting rid of the pain and strengthening the knees. Thanks a ton.

Hey Richard am a avid follower of your routines. Have been doing them for quite some time. Really see a increase in my stamina and strength and reduction in BP. Recently developed pain on my upper side of foot on the outer side .Pl can u recommend some exercise to ease the pain.May Allah bless u. Am sure many people have beniffitted from these videos. Many thanks.
Thank you for following the channel. Without knowing exactly what is causing your issue, it's difficult for me to comment. Could you make contact with a local physical therapist who can examine you to offer advice?
Hi Richard! This is Lumen, from the Philippines! I’m 72 yrs old, female, has a sedentary lifestyle, & with hypertension. I find your great workout which is I think suitable for me. You explained each exercises with clarity & you do them at a pace time good for seniors like me. I would surely do this workout. May I know the height of the arm rest of your sofa? Kudos to you & God bless!
My name is Joshua, I am doing some of your work out programs. I did them two times as I witch the whole thing thought. and I enjoy them. I will tell you a little info about me. I am Down Syndrome I do not have a heart issues. I am adopted and I have found out that my family has cardiovascular disease. I also have LDL problems. I want that to go down and keep that LDL level. Back to down syndrome it is common with muscle tone here they are legs, feet, hands and arms, back and butt muscles and I also want abs. also thanks
I've done some strength and conditioning workout videos which are also suitable if you have high B/P and I have another scheduled for later in the year, this being a low impact strength workout. Ideally for muscle "building", it's easier if you have access to a gym facility where you can add more load to the movements, where as home exercise can be slightly limited to bodyweight and light weights. But you can be creative! Check out all my workouts in the playlist here though: th-cam.com/play/PLf9i8qFtMBBK1VBEA-IlSw7VrXxrvxHUF.html
Hey Richard, Thanks so much for all these amazing videos love your videos for lowering bp, especially this last one with the mix of isometric and cardio! However I have a problem with the side plank as it agrivates my lower back.Is there an adaption that isn't so hard on my back? I have a compressed lumbar vertebrae.
Yes, try doing it sideways onto a wall so you're still leaning but more upright. You can do it with your arm straight (so hand on the wall) or do it on the elbow/ forearm like in the video. It may be that the angle is too low for your back to stabilise. Also, probably worth trying one of my core/ lower back exercise videos to help. See the playlist here: th-cam.com/play/PLf9i8qFtMBBI6ua6m3OgL5_wBVw7JkNk-.html
@Richard Do we need to do this all in one "sitting"? or can we do one exercise, pause the video, do some study (I am doing some learning on computer) and then when taking a break, do the next exercise on the video?
Thank you for your video! That was fantastic! But I have a quastion: isn’t that too short? I heard that if you want to reduce your BS, you can move minimum 45 sec. What do you think?
Definitely not. Any of my workout videos can be done (you get to choose) once a day. Do something like this on 3 to 5 days a week. Here is the current guidance: th-cam.com/users/shortsDNnwUNg8q4c?si=BpBMOujXTEmehBfr
I would say it is at a moderate intensity, but depending on your fitness, some exercises may feel more like high intensity. It can help aid with burning more calories in a day for sure, but what you eat will be the key to successful weight loss.
I obviously don't know the answer to this, but think of all exercise types as one way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. ANALOGY: You can regularly clean your teeth twice a day but still get problems in later life. If you didn't clean them, then there is an increased risk for you to get problems at an earlier age.
Thanks. Unfortunately, I can only use non-copyright music on TH-cam which is somewhat restrictive and music is subjective too; what motivates one person annoys another so it won't please everyone. Hello Richard, how many times do in a day this exercises.
Once a day and this or something similar on 3 to 5 days a week
@Richard Instead of using an armrest, can I do the exercise on the floor, or will the benefit be reduced (by doing it on the floor)?
Yes you can do those on the floor, but that will make it harder, and you may feel a bit dizzy when you stand back up.

Is anyone can enjoy this exercise? Or it’s special for those have high Blood pressure.

Hope it helps!
My pressure is 144/85 sometimes is 132/73 that is good
BP is neither good or bad, but ideal BP is considered between 90/60 and 120/80
