sounds ridiculously baddass! where you gettin those plugins? i have podfarm 2 but not that amp
I only have the VST version of podfarm so I wouldn't really know for the actual unit unfortunately. I always have trouble finding it myself LOL
It's in the metal shop expansion pack, it's a relic from a lost age where I was a young man 😂
i want know how you do those drums bro!!
I got you!! th-cam.com/video/EA68icFyX3A/w-d-xo.html
duuuude where'd you get bigbottom? ive been trying to find it and havent been able to get my hands on it =/
I got it a whiiiile ago to be honest. I believe it was a part of a “dlc” for the podfarm VST in one of the metal packs!
Man, this is awesome. I do something like this to dial my signal, but I have to delay another layer of guitar detuned -1octv or more and I am seeing that you don't put guitar layers out of the grid. Look, I am trying to make a reference to the PUMPING effect of the guitars, something like a specific LFO wave. Don't have the hard pick attack on the initial transients. And I LOVE IT. Please, tell me how you do guitars in drop-F with the bass sound like this pumping attack detuned. I am using little alter boy and another plugin for detuning that I saw Odeholm using e put another guitar layer out of the grid, some miliseconds ahead. I am doing the correct protocol for this? I wanna this for my life. For reference, I am in a crazy relationship with the last instrumental álbum from director's cut of To The Grave e is absolute awesome how de drop-F guitars sound in the pick attack smooth. If I am not annoying you, tell me something. Greetings from Brazil.
Great video. The digital fizz drives me insane. It's one of the first things I take out. The cab or IR makes a huge difference in the tone.
I’m strictly a practice/tube amp user…idk anything when it comes to using guitar through a computer. Could you make a video explaining how it works? Or are there any videos you could lead me in the direction of? Appreciate the vid i just dont understand any of that software youre using
Hey man! I go over some of the stuff in this video here:
How to track metal guitars in Reaper using VSTs!

If there’s any specifics you’re struggling with, just let me know! 🙏
Sick. Good and simple. I think there is only a few mixing tutorials dedicated to Deathcore out there. But I guess, nowadays, most deathcore can be mixed quite similar to thall. Maybe being mindful that deathcore is sometimes faster
I appreciate you man! Thank you 🙏 They're really similar in a lot of ways, just Thall is more... Chaotic?
💯
Jesus fucking Christ buddy, I’m speechless with this guitar tone, and I need to say that I’m a bit nerd and I’m always on TH-cam listening to some stuffs and learning, and this tone is unbelievable, trust me. Thanks for this video, +1 sub :)
I appreciate you man, thank you for the kind words! 🙏
Nice video my man!
Thank you!
I’m always here to help 😤🙏
Great video! Thanks for the free tips. This sounds insane. I must say, your drums are also incredible sounding. It's the drum sound I have been after. What do you use for drums?
Thank you dude! I actually made a video about it!

@@BlakeLW Awesome. Thanks, I’ll check it out!
Nice to see Podfarm :D
I'd love to get my hands on your stems
Soon 🤫
that tone is mean
also how did you record your screen?
I use OBS and just route my audio through to it and it seems to be working quite well!
What fx were you using on your mixbus?
I was only using FG - Grey for some glue!
Great video once again! One question, do you quantize your guitar tracks?
It depends really. Most of the time I just leave it as is to have more "feel" but when I want it to be super polished I'll quantize everything
@@BlakeLW Cool. Thank you for the answer! Sometimes i am super paranoid of putting every note to grid with guitars.
