Can you help me please? I need some advice for competency questions involving the following: resource and work management, interpersonal skills, critical thinking, intellect, technical capability (legal profession). Thank you
Sir one question ❓ I'm a fresher, and I'm confused that, if a interviewer ask me a question of "Tell me something about yourself" what i have to answer. 1.Earlier i used to give a self intro on this question. About hobbies, grad, current edu and etc. 2. Or like you have answered here that. Plz response Which will be good for me. Either 1 or 2.
I don't like this, cause this is not who I am . I shouldn't, have to talk like someone else, sound like someone else to get a job, I am good enough being me.
The employer wants to see you as your 'best self' during the interview. If you've prepared yourself to their potentially professional questions then a professional response wouldn't be how many people reply usually. Talking from the heart, as we all usually do, doesn't always provide a full explanation or sell ourselves enough. When you've got one chance to land that job, give yourself every opportunity to be detailed but succinct. That's just my opinion but wanted you to hear it too after reading yours. No discussion required friend.
Its not about sounding like someone else. It;s about being yourself but using his technique of showing your skills and enthusiasm for the job. It pretty much well worked for me, I added my own twist but turned every answer an opportunity to talk about my positive qualities and why I wanted the job. It makes recruiter see that you are really keen and positive and want to work hard and even if you dont have direct skills yo will have the basic qualities they are looking for. Its all covered in this video. Absolutely amazing. My interviewer said I gave a really good interview. Thanks Richard!

Amazing but there was unnecessary points in interview
Thanks for the feedback - what were the unnecessary points?
Sir one question ❓
I'm a fresher, and I'm confused that, if a interviewer ask me a question of "Tell me something about yourself" what i have to answer.
1.Earlier i used to give a self intro on this question. About hobbies, grad, current edu and etc.
2. Or like you have answered here that.
Plz response
Which will be good for me.
Either 1 or 2.
Choose number 1. This is a good example to follow th-cam.com/video/wGsOsgg4Nwk/w-d-xo.html
❤👍

@@CareerVidz bythaway im selected in intervew and credit goes to you sir i folow up your step and yeah its really working
I don't like this, cause this is not who I am . I shouldn't, have to talk like someone else, sound like someone else to get a job, I am good enough being me.
Nobody is saying you have to be like anybody else. Be yourself and take what you like form my videos.
Hello, Richard. Self-"orientated" is not a word. That could be quite misleading and embarrassing to use language which doesn't exist, in an interview.
I hope you find the content helpful! :)
Stop buttoning your bottom coat button
Thanks for the tip! 👍
You seems to be talking too much.. I would suggest to talk a little less in answering questions...
OK
All the answers are too perfect that they seem so fake, also this attitude is too pushy. I'd never hire you!
What makes you think I’d want to work for someone like you who has such a bad attitude??? 🤷🏼♂️😂😂😂
Liked and subscribed. Very helpful videos.
Thank you for your support! Do you have an interview coming up?
