if for whatever reason you havent played this game i couldnt recommend it any more than i do because its so great, almost like an extraction shooter crossed with a side scroller and exploring and boss fights r so fun an can be quite the challenge
They’re adding a whole lot of story and lore so it’s not like the other 2 DLCs before this (and from the trailer, probably new game mechanics) which is why it’s gonna take a while.
They are not discontinuing the Switch lol. Will it be on the backburnner more so due to the impending Switch 2? Yes; but by no means are they just shutting the Switch down anytime soon. Maybe 2027, 2028 area.
