    Among the Circassians are the Kasough / Casough and the Cimmerians, who are called the Cimmerians, and the Hattians or the Hattians, singular Hatt, and also the Hittites. This was proven by the following:
    1- It was proven from research into the coffins and sarcophagi of the Hittite dead that the ancient Egyptians made and preserved in Egypt, and from examining the faces and the composition of the skeletons of these dead, and from their clothes, fashions and beliefs, that they are Circassians without dispute.
    2- The Mikh script that the Hittites invented and used is still used by the Circassians as symbols and signs for families, clans and tribes.
    3- The remaining remnant of the Hittite language, despite its small size, applies completely to the language of the Circassians and is in harmony with it, and there is no difference between them.
    4- The English scholar "Cayce" and the historian "Le Normand" as well as the French scholar "Morgan" confirmed, after they deciphered the Hittite script, that the Hittites were Circassians, and they explained that the Hittites did not come to the Caucasus after the disintegration of their empire, which extended and included Asia Minor, Mesopotamia, and Syria up to the Egyptian borders, but rather they inhabited their homeland and original country, the Caucasus, before this great expansion and the formation of their empire, and its golden age in the Caucasus was in the fifteenth century BC, and their greatest king in the Caucasus was "A. Ites" and he was mentioned in the legend of "Argon" among the ancient Greeks.
    The Greeks benefited from the Hittite civilization and made it the basis of their city. Some researchers mentioned that the ancient Circassian writing is related to the forms and drawings of the first Phoenician writing and that an intimate relationship linked the ancient Circassians since the beginning of the second millennium BC with the people of Phoenicia, especially "Byblos", and this relationship continued for a long period of time. Among the most famous Hittite figures in this period are King "Mauser", King "Mautur" and the great poet "Banshawar".

    I think, at least for me and my 50 years of age, levant means the land around the eastern shores of the med, so like syria, lebanon, israel and maybe a bit east of that, but the area near to the med, as the rose of winds here says for that south-easyerly wind, the name is levanat, the wind that blows from that corner of the sea, persia and majority of mesopotamia does not count as levant for me, maybe i'm wrong but won't change my understanding based on one explanation.

    • @ASMR_Historian
      @ASMR_Historian  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes it is, around that area. Not sure if I misspoke in the video about the rough location of the levant, but if I did consider this a correction.

    Is it just me or..... I'm finding it difficult to hear clearly a good part of the wording. It's like voice is too deep and very heavy on base or sort of amplified low frequency and coming out too deep. There are stretches that are clear, however. I only use one earphone, BTW
