    I decide to get Plus model.
    I wish Samsung would make the Plus slightly different from the standard model.
    1) I wish it had QHD Plus (like the Ultra but still have flat screen).
    2) I wish the Plus and Standard had SD Slot
    3) I wish it had 4 cameras at the rear instead of 3 unlike the standard one, but the Ultra still has
    5.
    4) And the price should be £100 less, same as standard one.
    So that they can complete with oneplus 11 and Pixel 7/Pro

    I have a 23+ but I don't like it as much as the galaxy S9. I miss the glass on the back and curved edges. The S9 also seems sleeker and thinner. I'm not sure if it actually is more thin but it feels like it. It also isn't that unique. It just feels like a generic phone like any other flagship phone

    Don't know if others can notice the PWM flicker, or if it's some weird combo of the S23 display, camera and the display i'm watching it from (Huawei P40), but i got a headache by just looking at it.
    Samsung *needs* to do something about their PWM, as for now it's just too angry and damaging

    • @nonyakuntab7752
      @nonyakuntab7752 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mine doesn't flicker like that, I'm not sure what kind of plus they're showing here, lol. I have the 22 ultra and the 23+

    • @AlexGFrank
      @AlexGFrank ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@nonyakuntab7752 issue is, flicker or not, Samsjng still uses low frequency square wave PWM, and that's harsh on the eyes and the brain regardless. You may not even notice it, but it takes it's toll on the eyes over time

    • @nonyakuntab7752
      @nonyakuntab7752 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Alexander Frank Even with the screen dimming and blue light removal? Hmm, the more you know. I still like their shit though I'm sure my TV and monitors do the same thing if that's the case, but I usually try to balance out lighting in any area I'm in. Thanks for the info, though.

    • @AlexGFrank
      @AlexGFrank ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@nonyakuntab7752 the dimmer the screen the lower is pulse frequency
      As a former S20 user i recommend using some kind of DC dimmong software like OLED Saver. It sets the hardware brightness to 100% and applies a brighness-reducing filter.
      I used to get huge migrains from using the phone at 50% brightness, even though the flicker wasn't visually noticeable
      By using DC dimming i probably introduced somewhat quicker rate of burn-in to the screen, but stopped having headaches and even somewhat increased screen-on time on battery

    • @AlexGFrank
      @AlexGFrank ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@nonyakuntab7752 also different panels do it to a different degree, the headaches from the S20 were enough to scramble my thoughts, but not to completely incapacitate me, the Zenbook 13 OLED with a Samsung panel on the other hand did exactly that. Ended up returning it after 2 days.
      And interestingly enough, their older stuff was actually less angry. I had an S7 Edge back in uni days, and it was only mildly uncomfortable.
      And the S8 through S10 even had native DC dimming implemented. And after that they just kinda stopped giving two shits

    • @blakeasisco
      @blakeasisco ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Actually, that's not it. When videoing displays, you will often see a screen flicker through the camera. It's not the fault of the phone, and it isn't actually flickering when used.

      We have find my phone, we absolutely can facetime just not natively to iPhones, we have youtube music and a lot of people use Spotify, videos on TH-cam look very nice, to mirror you click smart view and connect, the volume is able to be controlled just like yours, if it's too loud turn it tf down, Google play is exactly was it sounds like, it made us able to play music, games, etc. I think you need to get some rest and come back refreshed

    • @Baros4444
      @Baros4444 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The fact that u said mirroring is difficult means you dont even know your phone. You can screen mirror and still use yr phone fully. Apple can't do that.
