This is such an under-rated review. The perfect way of showing video & battery capabilities by actually using them all day the way you actually would! Loved the video man and also the video quality of this phone!
As an S22+ user, I would totally trade in this one for S23+ just because the new chip is way more powerful and efficient. I did get this S22+ at a good bargain deal. Still would want S23+.
@@MarkSpurrell ye it's amazing, the chip could be slightly better. Overall it gets me through the day on a single charge. I have the 85% charge limit enabled and start charging from 20% or 15%. Then once every 2 weeks I charge up to 100%. Best way to maintain battery lifespan. But if someone ever asked me if they should get this I would tell them to get S23+. But S22+ is still amazing overall.
Nice Miata you got there mark! S23 plus is undoubtedly the goldilocks phone that feels right size but also not too extravagant like the ultra brother, round edges also feels better as well.
Thank you for the review on this device! This has made me more confident in my choice to want an S23 Plus out of the S23 models. The S23 Plus has all I need and doesn't give stuff on the Ultra I probably won't use.
This video makes me miss the Pixel and Galaxy phones I've had in the past because I enjoy using Android and love the idea it represents. Sadly, over the years (many at my recommendation) every non-tech enthusiast I speak to on a daily basis, including everyone in my immediate family, has gotten an iPhone and I'm in the US so iMessage is like a tether keeping me on iPhone. Great video as always!
@@pedrothevenard The blue bubble doesn’t matter, it’s the improved message/media parameters that make the difference. Also, I have no interest in running two phones
2024 and sold my Galaxy S24 Ultra and bought the S23+ again wich i had before. This device is for me the best one with amazing good camera's, speakers and a very good battery. The best Samsung Galaxy phone i have. Since 2011 i had almost every Galaxy in 13 years and this S23+ is spot on. Best regards from me, Amsterdam The Netherlands 🇳🇱
Great video Mark, loving that tshirt. Unfortunately i have bad luck with samsung phones so I won't be buying anymore lol. My s4 died after a year, then my s4 mini stopped reading sim cards. Bought a cheaper one last year and dropped it in water (my own fault) and it died as well. I have an oppo reno 4 pro 5g now and absolutely love it. P.S. Can we get a video of you building that Defender?
That's actually pretty disappointing considering almost all of that time was on wifi. If he had been on mobile data the entire time that battery would be dead or very close. So basically a total of 5 hours screen on time over barely 12 hours at best. That's pretty bad.
That selfie video was outstanding. iPhone level. It looked like you were using an actual camera like a DSLR

A great new direction. Love these kind of videos. Looking forward for more to come in the future.

It's a great phone, but so is the s22+!

dude that selfie video was outstanding I didn't think it is from s23
DUDE! I was so fooled. I couldn't tell if it was from a camera but from an S23.. I was SHOCKED. This gives me more reason to go for an S23 phone.

Get an used iphone SE 2020 for 100 bucks just for imessage and blue bubble, and get whatever phone you want to have your fun.

Great video, man. The lego part was really zen.

Now that's a review! 😀😀 Loved this video Mark! 👍🏾
Link to wallpaper please? 😁
Looks like a life review of the s23. Would have loved to see the Samsung pay in use at subway and Home Depot
Great type of review!
im still confuse to buy, wether s23 or s23+?? ohh man
Ok but what is your daily driver phone?
and why don't any reviewer mention solid issues with the phone camera
Hi,pls what’s the link to the wallpaper
Awesome content keep it up as always bro
What theme is that ? ❤

Great video like always, but did you face any blur issues while testing the back cameras the so called bananablur!!
A really nice view, Mark. Sounds like a great great phone to own. Thank you for the video.
Which state are you from mark?
Great!. What is the name of that wallpaper? Thanks
It shows it in video, sunset triangle.
Nice video! Where do you buy your Lego sets? Thank you!!
Directly from the lego site!
I regret returning mine, I didn't give it a break. Will hopefully get it back soon.
Got mine today 😊
Very nice review.. thank you … by the way Mazda cars are great
Too bad it's way too expensive :(. My S10e is 4 years old and still is awesome for my needs though :D
Yeah, I'm still rocking my s10e but the s23 is tempting 🙈
Ok this video is perfect S23+ 👌👌
My S23+ camera actually sucks and I've even messed with camera settings coming from 13 max
you have a faulty phone then, there's a hardware issue
@@RK1FX do you know if they would send me another even after a month
Gonna buy s23 ultra in a few days
That dog did not feel like doing tricks lol

A Huge upgrade for Samsung in this year
Is this a phone review or a reality show?
Damn who said Legos are for kids only. Those models look really good (also no way a kid could afford them lol)
Play with the dog so he's not lonely......best thing I heard in this video👍😊
I think the cage is too small for the doggo
Great video, loved it... ❤. .. but please make videos on tech rewind ⏪.. (pixel 5) it's my request Mark 🥹.. plzzz.
I like this more than than ultra but at that price inferior display,
Only 8bit panel and not even crossing 400 ppi,
Critical role is the best!!!!
This is the samsung to get😄
Noticed most of your reviews are about you and not what you’re reviewing
It is more of a car video than mobile video 😂
Love miatas!!
Nice
You never want to charge to 100
Why?
@@SR65GOit would reduce the battery health
If you have work involving calls, and driving using navigation apps, you will have to charge the phone twice a day😢
Yes,even iphone 14 pro max you have to charge it twice.
