Just got a set from home Depot the other day, starter kit 4ah battery, 6ah battery, fast charger and bare dcf921 tool for 199. Great deal.

If anyone gets a DCF921 don't ever put a chrome socket on the hog ring because it will be almost impossible to get a socket or extensoin off

Hi, eBay has it 2day delivery dcf921 I’m waiting for Amazon to carry it I’m very interested, I like how compact it is, it’ll get in where my 894 is to bulky,
So its just not quite good enough for a one tool option for working on a 4x4 but will do most bolts. Hopefully makita makes a 40v one
Thank you for sharing and showing us the different test methods. I have 4ah and 6ah XR batteries already. But if the price of this is tool only is $150 or less, sounds like it’s a good deal.

DeWalt DCF901 vs new Atomic line; what are your thoughts?? Already own most of 12v line but would still need 5 amp hour battery if I bought the 901 bc I only own 3 amp batteries at the moment. Thanx in advance for the guidance....
If you have 12v stay with that. But if your planning on expanding later on Then I would consider buying this stuby. It's a beast!

dcf921 If it has a mode that stops in its time and does not damage the small bolts?
@@georgianautoimport4021 it stop for a second keeps on going full torque. So it does give you an opportunity to stop at a low torque setting but you have to let go after it stops.

It wasn't on the system yet when I got it so they had to give me the battery for 1 cent. But once it goes it should be hackable

@@toolhead147 I found that out today along with only 2 per customer on these deals. I'm STILL holding out hope for Makita compact impact wrench deal like the deal where you buy the 2 4Ah batteries, and charger & get the compact impact wrench free.
That tool actually isn’t to powerful if it struggles to break 250ft pounds it’s rated for 450 my Milwaukee gen 2 impact drive will break 250ft pounds
theres another video out there that shows this impact breaking 400ft pounds in under 10 seconds, which yeah is slow but it will do it just fine, im pretty sure they compared it to the milwaukee version like this and it was not able to break that much.
Dewalt has way more powerful impacts. This is just very compact for tight areas. It’s fine unless you’re doing real heavy stuff like semis or tractors
