She’s a lot of boat for the asking price and I was impressed with her overall condition for a 1985 build - I’m glad you enjoyed the walkthrough - Scott 👍
Hi Peter, yes she’s fully air conditioned even in the upper pilot house + has Nisf stabilizers - the broker could tell you about the water maker…. It’s a definite live a board option and great value for so much yacht - thanks for watching glad you enjoyed it Peter - Scott 👍
Hi, the range would probably be a bit too far, but they are built for long range cruising and Cheoy Lee build real sturdy vessels…. a great question 😊. Wouldn’t that be an amazing adventure, glad you enjoyed the video I hope it’s not the last time you say hi - Scott 👍
Housing is so expensive these days, why not buy a Choey Lee. You can work from any city in any country with the right Choey Lee. Fleming boats are another great choice, why be stuck with a mortgage that buys you a shack?
I don’t understand why people list items and don’t put the asking price I wouldn’t waste my time the first thing I do is look for the selling price and if I don’t see one I’m gone so bye bye and I bet 80% of the people agree with me because I have $600,000.00 but I don’t know if it’s 100k yacht or a 700k yacht
Hi Dennis, I’m glad you stopped to watch the video I hope you enjoyed it. We didn’t highlight the asking price on request from the broker, however I linked to the online ad in the video description but I’m happy to copy them here for you 👍 cheers - Scott ENQUIRE ABOUT THIS BOAT. I don’t understand why new yachts look like they do with laid back windshields and every conceivable shape for the other windows that don’t serve any purpose whatsoever. Half the interiors are ten shades of suicide gray made of plastic laminate. Within 5 years their version of Nordic non design is out of style. This boat will look as attractive in another 40 years
Hi you know I tend to agree…. You’ll love the next video it’s a Vicem 55 Classic Sedan built last year it’s a stunner …Turkish built lobster style …the craftsmanship is something else…keep an eye out for that one 👍 - Scott
I am sorry but I kind of feel that this vessel doesn't go well with today's needs and standards. It's looks old and "tired" without having any classic, vintage or timeless "wow factor". It's clearly not big enough to comfortably host so many people, therefore the layout of the forward cabins is almost hideous. So many bunk beds, two bathrooms both as day-heads and both ensuite at the same time, 4 people all crammed in one cabin, a half-length bed......Also, very plain flybridge, and no dedicated crew-type cabin (that these days are used quite well as an overspill cabin when needed) as nowadays many people choose to have a skipper and/or a hostess to help out with long passages or with caring for many guests. She almost looks more like an elongated version of a typically much smaller aft-cabin type of boat. I think that most people today don't go boating like that, it might serve well certain people with specific needs but I've got the impression it won't appeal to a great number of people as it is, perhaps a small refit is due? Anyway, it's just my opinion ofcourse, I hope she finds a new owner to take care of her, all the best 👍
Hi, thanks for watching and for making so many valid and insightful observations. A refit for a new owner would & could most definitely achieve the changes you suggested. Great to hear from you, hope it's not the last time :) Cheers Scott

Hi Laura, I’m glad you liked this one, there was a little of lovable space on board that’s for sure -Scott 😊
Wow, love this one.
Hi Philip good to hear from you as always - glad you liked that one it was fun to do too 👍 - Scott
No matter how old, as long as well maintained, one can't go past a Choey Lee for graceful living when motoring.
Hi it’s great to hear from you, I have to agree she still looks great many years on 👍😊 - Scott
Looks like the boat is anchored at the Hawksbury river.
Hey you’re very close…..Pittwater near Newport 😊👍 Are you in Sydney?
Cool boat.
❤
Hi there, yes I have to agree with you 😊 - Scott

@@weloveboating Thank you very much!
Beautiful, we would have to double our budget unfortunately..
Hi it’s great to hear from you, thanks for watching all the same 😊 - Scott
I hate how the lines of this once handsome yacht were ruined by the custom fly bridge enclosure.
Yes I hear you - well I’m glad you still liked the video thanks for watching - what other style of boats are you into? - Scott
Fuel tank 3800 liter. Cruising speed 10 knots/h - fuel consumption 25 liter/h. About how You get a range 3 000 - 4 000 nm?
agreed , working the figures, her range would be 1500nm , good for cruising around Australia and heading north to Indo maybe .
It's not 3000nm. 3800/25 is 152hrs at 10kn is about 1500nm. It is an absolutely beautiful boat though.
Could this safely cross the Atlantic?

This is so true, I think it really makes sense for some people to take that option and always be waterfront 👍
