I really love the S650s and my dilemma is do I trade my Mach 1 handling pack in for a performance pack GT or dark horse ???? I just can’t seem to pull the plug on it just yet but I really do like the S650s . 🇺🇸💪🏼🐎
I think it comes down to really wanting the Tremec. That's the only reason I would buy a darkhorse. They are literally so close to being the same car... the performance Pack is a must in any route IMO. For me, I wanted the 10spd as they are seriously quick cars... especially with a supercharger.
The fog lights were discarded due to the excellent efficiency of the headlights during foggy conditions. It has been foggy here in North Randall Ohio as of late. And my headlights cut right through
Love the spoiler and wheels that come with the performance package. Had to avoid the performance package because of the summer only tires that come with that package. Summer only tires can crack if you don’t store them somewhere warm in the winter.
That’s a beautiful car…I’m like you, I’m not crazy about the deep angle on the tail lights either. I’m trying to like them, and agree if it was not as prominent, it would be better. I was at the 60th Mustang anniversary at Charlotte NC, on April 17. FORD left everybody hanging At the end of the presentation on stage! They had an image of a Mustang, with a cover draped over the Silhouette! So …everybody knows something new and special is coming in ‘25!
@@BoltsNBoost You’re welcome! I have heard a new BOSS or GT500 or possibly something else. Nobody knows what was under that cover. Very possible it could be a hybrid, electric motors w/ AWD with the 5.0! It was a very dark green car cover in the dark photo on the screen.
Yeah I was in exact same boat. I wanted the 10spd, didn't feel like paying a premium for the darkhorse.. was just a badge at this point. However IF you want the Tremec, then darkhorse
@@BoltsNBoost it would be my first ever manual car. So playing it safe would be just getting the auto, but I’m so tempted and really want to force myself to learn the manual and be in touch with the car
Sounds like you should have went for a 2023 mach1. Im old school as well. I went for the Darkhorse auto. All the options. There comes a time when you have to embrrace the technology.

You already have the 3rd best Mustang and you're looking to downgrade to a 650?

Almost did. But I knew I wanted the s650 as soon as I saw the front end.

The number one thing I don't like about any mustang I have ever driven is that the rear end always tries to go faster than the front end, lol.
They fixed that with this Gen. Supposedly anyway.
