My wife and I will be traveling to Casper the last weekend of April from Washington state. We want to move our family out WA ASAP. Been trying to do exactly what your video has suggested. We've appreciated your well made videos for sometime now!

Please don’t be like most of the liberals who leave the left coast, if you don’t want to be a conservative, stay there.

Love, love your videos. Husband needs to spend three months there. Can I ask if the area around Jefferson and 21st is safe? Will send any shoppers your way. Thank you, Alisha!

Speaking of your utility rates, do you happen to know the costs per kilowatt hour is over there? Also can you find out if you have peak and non-peak hours that have variable rates? Thinking of moving my Crypto miniung/data center business to Wyoming from South Carolina. The colder weather for most of the year is nice for cooling the machines.
Trying to get my choices if we do decide to move our business one day. I have been enjoying all of your videos! Thank you so much for them.

Looking at moving as soon as we can from Oregon. Need to downsize. Looking for condo or smaller home for two. Grew up in northern Utah and Idaho. Looking at Wyoming due to retirement and no tax. Hope to be in touch when we have gotten rid of stuff we no longer need. Also looking for something that we can park a large RV when not traveling.

Not common. If you get one low pay. But everything is slightly cheaper. Everyone is clueless tho it won't be the best job

Hi! Thank you for watching! It completely depends on the builder you use and how busy they are. Some are around 10 months. I have a builder that is 4-5 months but he only builds 2-4 homes at a time. What are you questions about land?

@@alishacollinsrealestate we’re looking at land probably in the B.B. Brooks Ranch right now but within a 30 minute radius of town. We’re moving from Texas so we’re looking for land that’s good for horses and cattle. Probably somewhere around 70-100 acres.
We’re still looking at trying to find log home builders that work in the area, that’s the hardest part.

@@alishacollinsrealestate ideally we’d like to have access to power and community water but if that’s not available we’d look into alternative options to gain access to those amenities on our own property.
