You make me want to move back to WY but at 80 years old maybe I should stay in GA. Truth I would move back but my wife don't want to, she is a SC girl.
I would like to see a video on living in condos and townhomes in the Casper area. Things like what does HOA cost and what does HOA cover. I’ve lived in several states in townhomes and all seem to be different. I’m getting to the age where I can’t do all of the outside work. Thanks, love your videos. Ken
I think I have done a video vs Larmie but cant remember for sure 🤪, if not I will work on it! I also have a video coming up about UW, so keep an eye out for that!
Wyoming is definitely on our list of places to move. We would be looking at a small town though. Somewhere around 20 to 30k people would be fine but 5 to 10k people would be awesome!
Thank you for considering Wyoming as a potential place to move! We're honored to be on your list. I'm sure you'll find a charming small town with the perfect population size for your liking. Let me know if you would like a few suggestions!
@@alishacollinsrealestate Lol! I'm from the east coast the weather wouldn't be bother. I would love to be somewhere that's spacious not too many ppl around unlike the rest that's very consolidated. We love our pizzas out here mainly Mom and Pop pizzerias. I need a great pizza spot wherever I relocate 😂.
@@phantom-lo5gs 45 miles south of Chicago. Pizzia here is iconic and my favorite. Lou Malnati's, Giordano's, Nancy's Pizza and my personal,.Cemeno's Pizza in Joliet. Thick crust, garlic, tomatos. The best. I've visited Casper and nothing comes close. Plus all the retial including Costco and top healthcare. Lots of trade offs to consider in exchange for lower taxes so you have to look at the total picture.
My two favorite things about Casper... 1) Winter. I love winter. I love the snow. I love the cold. Winter is amazing in Casper. 2) Women. The most beautiful women I've ever seen are in Casper. What's better, they don't act like most women that are beautiful. They are friendly and will take time to talk to you. One of the two states I'm considering retiring in are Wyoming and South Dakota. Both are great places to live.
6 experts say buying a home period is a waste of money except for these 4 cities houston cleveland detroit and philadelphia and who wants to live in any of these places. six experts say its a bad fianancial investment. they all say to rent. the average of the 6 says its 53% more expensive to buy a home. they all say take that wasted money and invest it. good advice.

Maybe you can sneak off to WY for a solo adventure, just don't forget to bring back some souvenirs for your wife!
With weather changes can we count on a circle of protection from cobra?

How could you leave off Gma’s Diner! 😊
How about Casper vs Laramie - or have you done this already?

I've heard the water is bad and expensive. Is this true? We've been living off amazing well water for decades and afraid of this about moving to WY.
Well water isn't expensive if you already have it, you do have to get it tested. It also depends on where you are. Our city water is great here.
Goodness you make Casper sound like my dream location
