Thanks I think I got all that already. I've been watching the market for almost 2 years now. I'm retiring in under 2 years. I've seen so many great homes (Zillow) already but will be using a agent when I get there. My plan is simple don't have much. get rid of some old stuff use a Pod. I'll have everything packed. then go on long camping trip up in Bar nun. yippy.

It is just more economical most of the time. I can't believe how expensive the big moving trucks are!

Penske is a great company to rent a moving truck. If not, we have moving companies that lease our trucks! Either way, Penske has you covered for your move.

My line of work is landscaping and delivery driver I'm pretty handy with all the jobs but that's more or less. - Don’t spray paint in your apartment or burn holes in the carpet
- Don’t smoke wholesale amounts of weed in your apartment
- Don’t get yourself banned from the CY Bar, Frosty’s, and Albertsons
- Never let Scrapper Steve inside your apartment
- Never shower, just smear bond tactical soap all over your clothes
- Make sure you are within walking distance of at least a couple pawn shops in case you can’t scrape $15 together for a pizza
- Do not settle for less than a badass gothic clock tower mansion of your dreams. That’s what’s up

when we moved to hawaii we sold 99% of our things. the rest we took on the airplane. the vehicle was the most expensive thing to move to hawaii. the downside of moving to hawaii....moving back and selling your things twice...LOL
