I hear of stop lights that change with a flick of the wrist and storms conjured in the most calm of weather in Casper Wy. Kinda of a scary place to live, especially since the dating scene sucks there, from what I hear.

Great overview of the state! My wife and I are seriously thinking about moving from CA to a less crowded and a conservative state with much lower taxes. We have a 5.5 year old girl with modern autism, so it’s important for us to find excellent support and special education services for her…I am guessing somewhere near Cheyenne? Both my wife and I have advanced college degrees so teaching is a potential option for us if we make the move. One question, is Cheyenne the best city for my autistic daughter? Seriously, man. Even the smallest towns have multi-cultured folk. Shoot, Sheridan has a nice black guy that plays fiddle on the corner of Main and Grinnell regularly. I've never heard of any racist bull in WY. People are super friendly and welcoming. As MLK says, it's about the content of your character, not the color of your skin that matters. So I guess, WY would say Character Matters!
