Hi Kara, I made this naan recipe today for my husband - big hit - he doesn't have a huge appetite so I figured he'd eat a piece. he liked it some much he ate two pieces, which is a big deal for him. Makes my heart happy as well 🙂
Your Naan baking method is quite unique and traditional style of modern quality filled with bubble brown crust, buttered, and millet wheat dusted, that eventually compliments lamb curry roasted with ancient aroma spices. So interesting that the (dear-deers) comes to launch with your culinary skills. Anyway, thanks for sharing your baking skills, it never occurred to me that yogurt and virgin oil would give the wheat a tender, and delicious flavour, but I would sprinkle a little brown sugar in the mix, enhancing the cuisine with 3 star restaurant quality standards. Enjoy
My pleasure! I don't have a dumpling recipe, but I have a pasta recipe. But, you are in luck for the Focaccia, because that is my video coming out this Monday! Thank you so much!
Another recipe thay I've been waiting for. We will be enjoying these soon, I know it! This would be a great recipe for my daughter to make. Thank you! ❤
Yes! They can help make them for sure, easy to knead by hand, and fun to roll out, the more rustic shape the better! Depending on age, just watch they don't burn themselves on the skillet, but yes! Super great recipe to do with kids! I hope you love them! Thanks so much!
Is it a possibility that u can do a video all about the different grains u use, I can get hold of most of them, but here in Sweden it seems to be difficult to find "hard Wheat" (we have nothing calls hard Wheat, if u not referring to durum wheat.... 😥) would be a great video if u could explain the difference between all grains u use... 👍 Like your Danish dough whisk 👍👍
Thank you! This video may help, I made it about many common wheat varieties in the US. I love to use Kamut(Khorasan Wheat) for pastas. it is closely related to durum wheat. 😊 th-cam.com/video/EgWp0Ee6_QI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=J-u01xz_yflMHllB
Could you just use some almond milk in place pf the yogurt or is the yogurt necessary in this recipe? I think ive done that once before for my dairy intolerant kiddos. But it wasnt with FMF. Would love to try this!
You can sub almond milk(with 1 tsp of vinegar added) But, it will change the texture of the naan a bit, they won't be quite as chewy. I would recommend a non dairy yogurt for best results. Let me know what you think!
I want to try this. I love your ginger snap recipe. It’s a big hit.
Yay! I am so happy to hear that! Let me know if you try these! My family loves them!
Just made this recipe and it came out perfectly! I’ve tried a few different naan recipes and this one was my favorite.
Yay! I am so happy to hear that! Thanks so much!

No worries, she's 14.
Cool! Good to go! 😊
Came back to tell you we really enjoy this recipe. We double it, and my teen daughter is the naan master in our home. ❤
I don’t have any Kamut berries. Does something else work as well? Thx 😊
Sure, you can use all hard white wheat. I hope you enjoy them! Let me know how they turn out!

I wanted to try soft winter wheat berries for this recipe. That should be OK, right?
I would suggest using half soft wheat and hard wheat. Let me know how it goes! :)
Could these be used as pizza dough?
We have used them to make little personal pizzas!
