I love your videos. I have learned the most important thing that had allowed me to change my regular recipes over to my home milled flour. That very thing is the 15-30 min pre-soak of the flour. Since I have been doing this, all my baked goods come out amazing. So here is a question for you. I have a fabulous pierogi recipe and in the recipe it asks me to add 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour. Would I mix hard white and soft white or what would you use? I also have spelt and kamut. Thanks so much!!! My husband has been craving his pierogies, but I refuse to make them with store-bought flour.😊

We used 100% Peanut oil. But have also used Avocado oil as well.
Could these be baked?
They can be baked, but they are a bit more dense when baking
