What do you make with rice flour?
I mainly use it to dust my sourdough and as a thickener for soups on occasion. I know some people bake with it!
probiotics = food for bacteria, probiotics = active cultures, postbiotics = substances resulting from the destruction of bacteria
Currently, postbiotics are of great interest! So once the bacteria are destroyed by baking/cooking, etc., we have a large amount of residual substances that are ultra healthy! Sourdough bread therefore comes with both prebiotics and postbiotics!
