  • Fail Proof Turkey Recipe! It's juicy dark meat and tender white meat are covered in caramelized crispy skin and drenched with au jus (juice from roasted meat). A perfect turkey to impress family and friends at Thanksgiving & Christmas Dinner. Even if you don't have access to all the below ingredients, I've made recommendations on which can be excluded or substituted.
    Tips:
    1. Cook 19 mins per pound of turkey
    2. Be generous with seasoning!
    3. Leave the oven closed during roasting. No peeking!
    4. Baste/Braise at 45 mins left in the cooking process and when turkey is fully done
    5. Use the meat drippings from the pan to add extra juiciness!
    6. Don't forget to foil the turkey before roasting
    7. Allow your fully cooked turkey to rest at least 10 mins before carving (to prevent dryness)
    8. Enjoy the holidays!
    Ingredients:
