Hi Parker. This is not what you would expect, but you are so helpful to me. I am an 85 year old straight woman, and your advise is so awesome. You help me look my very best and age apocopate. Keep up the good work.

Hi ❤ I loved your comment!
I too, am a straight woman, 56 years old. I also like to customize my clothes to elevate them so they’re more comfortable and wearable. So, I get what you’re saying about his video(s) ✌🏽🤍

Mid-30s female here. I tried it on a couple shirts in high school and liked it. They ended up being my favorite shirts! But somehow I fell out of doing it and forgot altogether about it. What I did was usually cut an asymmetric hem, and/or cut a bateau neckline into my t-shirt. (I would do a cruddy rolled hem, sewing it by hand, to it wouldn't get too stretched out.) I had fun making my t-shirts feel more feminine.

Just found your channel. Totally dig this content. I've been doing the sleeve and collar cutting since I was young. I like having a wider opening for my neck on my shirts and hate when the sleeves are too long. I'd get positive and negative comments about it. Good comments like, "I like the vintage look." Bad Comments like, "you ruined a perfect shirt and now you look homeless." haha IDGAF tho. Recently upcycled some old band and graphic tees so now they're wearable again. I like the look and am glad to see someone else is out here supporting it. Subbed.

Does cutting the fabric work with microfiber tees to shorten them?
I can’t wear anything but microfiber because I sweat profusely and it’s all I can wear.
My other issue is how do I tighten my necklines on my shirts?
I bought some sport tek shirts years ago and the neckline was perfect.
I cannot for the life of me find these shirts with the tighter neckline that I
    Love.
I’d like to Learn a very discreet hemming. Hack that will tighten the neckline without creating pleats or adding stretchy material.
I saw one where someone made two small folds in the rear of the neckline and sewed them which created a small pleat on the back of the neck which I could live with.
I’m a mechanic so All my shirts are black so nothing stands out.
The reason I like the tighter neckline is to cover up scarring I got from child abuse and I don’t like to talk about it so it’s better to keep it covered so nobody asks.
