Whole Foods 365 brand also has an almond based mango yogurt that is SO good and I typically hate all milks, creamers, etc made with almonds so I was surprised at how tasty that yogurt was. I wonder if it's the same as the TJ;s one. Since they're both private label, they could be made by the same producer, so I'm very curious!

Someone just told me the saddle chips (pringles) aren't vegan because of the mono and diglycerides, which i believe can be derived from plants or animals. Do you guys have any idea if this is the case or not?
Has anyone every tried to make a cheesecake out of coconut milk yogurt? It is tangy and has the fat that soy or almond milk lack when compared with cows milk. Just a thought if there was a way to thicken it?
YES!! :) I have!! Ut's super versatile to! :) Love it! You can add a few different things to make it thicker. Cashew cream of course, but if your doing nut free then there are options such as xanthan gum, cornstarch, tapioca, arrowroot, and lots more thicking agents :) I have a cheesecake recipe i'll be posting soon :) I love a good vegan cheesecake!!! :)

I ate mine frozen, I like the texture better. I use to do that with dairy cheesecake too. I don't know if this helps, but just in case you still have one in the freezer...
