I had the California Hauler years ago. Grateful that it's coming back out as well as the Black Beauty! Now I will have both scales.
@@markjolyn94 I think that the black beauty kit is going to do very well for AMT. Thanks for watching, I really appreciate it👍
I wish they would make more 4 door car models
Hi Shawn, thanks for watching. I’m sure that the folks at AMT are watching the comments on this video.
@@ScaleModelExperiment welcome
I honestly would like to see a model of the Holden SS and Chevrolet SS as it could be an awesome 2-1 kit with both right and left hand drive dashboards etc and optional wheels for both our countries ..
Aussie's have been really neglected with models of our cars .
@@paulreichelt1259 also would love to see more construction vehicles and emergency vehicles

Right Jim, the guys at the booth said that kit was getting lots of attention today.
@@ScaleModelExperiment Real glad they made actual box art this time so I can add it to ceiling display with the others!
My first truck kit when l was a kid great looking kit loved the tire chains 😄
Great kits are being released, but there a lot more people want. Thanks for sharing.

Both great kits! Thanks for watching👍
Hella and your videos was 🤌
Perfect, Bravo. 👊🛠🏁
Thabks OG, watch for more AMT exclusive stuff coming soon. I know this dude…
Glad I clicked on this. Happy to see a c1500 Silverado fleetside shortbrd finally making a come back. It would be a nice change if it had chrome bumpers and a small block 5.7 over the bb 454
Hi 209, I’m glad that you clicked on the video too! Welcome to the channel👍 I agree that having all of the pieces you want in a kit would be ideal, BUT as modelers we all have different visions for our projects. With some simple kit bashing and some chrome paint you can create your perfect truck. I hope that you share your project on social media. Thanks again, James
The OBS Chevy is too cool. Hopefully it has the 454, but I am just glad to have the shortbox fleetside back!
Hi Larry, watch out for further pictures and video on the AWB Chevy. I’ll do my best to get exclusive content.
Cool kits James! Thanks for sharing buddy. 😎🇨🇦
Thanks Peter! I appreciate you watching 👍
Nice video James. Thanks for sharing
Thanks Mike for watching. Anything catch your eye?
The AWB time machine will be a hot seller for sure!! Funny how many times I and others have said that one was a gone forever kit. Maybe sometimes they do listen! Lol Great video thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching SoDak, yes I too think that the AWB Chevy will do well especially considering how well the mobius Nova Gasser has done.
Thank you, you just sent me to heaven.
Thanks for watching Jethro👍 my pleasure!
Man glade to see that 2021 Dodge Charger R/T come out like the 1968 Coronet too lots of really cool stuff coming out cool thanks for the video enjoyed James 👍
Thanks Deen, I’m excited about both of those coming before Christmas.

I feel the same way CrazyPainter! Good stuff coming soon! Thanks for watching👍
Want Chevelle lol😄
Nice video. It seems like we have some great stuff coming from Round 2. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Michael, I agree! I’m especially excited about that new Charger.
@@ScaleModelExperiment Yes, the Charger.
I was there yesterday, really exciting to see what’s in the pipeline for future releases. I can’t wait for the Monkee mobile to hit store shelves soon.
That’s interesting Antithesis! It’s been reissued over the years, I didn’t know it was rare. Thanks for watching I appreciate it👍
thanks for the video James … Some really interesting stuff coming!
I agree Sean, I can’t wait for the Charger Coronet Supra and Bronco. Thanks for watching👍
@@ScaleModelExperiment I literally just ordered the Supra … it is now in stock at one of the online stores i purchase from.
@@seanh2390 rock on Sean. It’s cool that it has lots of options in the kit too.
Nice looking kits 👌
Thanks for watching Roger👍
Was a great show. Always lots to look at and buy.
Hi Horton, I have more video to post when I get home of the vendor area and model show. Thanks for watching!
Man that was some great looking kits coming. Thanks James. Ron
Thanks for watching Ron, I appreciate you watching.
Thanks James. Some awesome stuff on the way.
Yes sir Rick, I’ll be getting the Coronet, Charger and the Bronco for sure. Thanks for watching!
Some really cool kits coming from these guys
I agree! Thanks for watching SeamyBMW👍
Thanks for the share James, always interesting to see the new stuff that is coming to us in our hobby world :) Since I'm more JDM oriented, I usually don't know much of such kits, so seeing this video makes me realize how many more awesome kits there are among model car builders.
Karl I can see you building the new Charger kit. It’s all new tooling and sooo slick!
@@ScaleModelExperiment Maybe one day James, who knows ☺️ for now, it's not in my plan to buy and build a charger 😀
thanks for showing some nice cars.but still no corvairs & Chevy Vegas .
Thanks for watching Ken, what are you looking for that hasn’t already been released?
Awesome kits, just like the early 1960's, when we'd collect glass pop bottles buy a kit and hit a weekend build, only change is price about 5 X from the old days and nobody gives ya a nickel a bottle any more.
Thanks for watching Thunderpig👍. I started in the hobby in my late 20’s so I missed out on the cheap kits.
I bet those Supras sell out everywhere.
Hi Topper, yes I hope to find one myself. I love that body style. And it has an engine!👍
@@ScaleModelExperiment That's exactly what I said when I saw a review. It has an engine!
I have all of those big rigs, in their original vintage boxes. And I was really hoping, that someday, they might be worth something. But because now, you can't tell the difference between a new one, and an old original one. Guess my investment is now worthless. So, many thanks.
And I mean, it's not like I've been sitting on them for decades, or anything.
Guess I'm going to have to build them now.
Thanks for watching Mr McKinnon! That’s what the kits are for… build ‘‘em man! Your collection is hardly worthless!
@@ScaleModelExperiment ... You're right. All hope is not lost. I had to look at their true value, from a different perspective.
Cool stuff. I am guessing the datsun won't have a stock option to it unfortunately. The bronco looks fun and that charger.... Can't wait.
Hi Spencer, yeah I doubt that Datsun can be built stock. It looked unsafe LOL I’m looking forward to both the Charger and bronco.
A more stock Datsun has been re issued in recent years .
@@70sstreetracer Oh yeah, I know it but try to find one for sale now... Impossible. I have 2 of them set aside for later builds but would like to grab a few more as well. Just not sure this one fits what I want to do.
Awesome stuff. You guys are listening really appreciate that. Awesome cars and trucks. Thanks to you guys!! 👊🤘👍
Thanks for watching Frizzo. I agree, we have a good chance of seeing older kits that haven’t been released in a long time from AMT.
Thanks for this video James!! I have most of the originals in storage😨 But living here, id like that 55 Nomad with its repopped vintage box. Its exciting to see the newest offerings
Thanks Ray for watching. I’ve heard that you have a very impressive stash of kits. I appreciate your support bud👍
Oh yeah! Im gonna get quite a few of those
Thanks for watching Lonnie👍 me too!
More stuff to add to my never ending want list....those GTOs looking mighty tasty...and that Charger!!!
I know Carosel! So much good stuff coming out from Round2! Hey, thanks for watching and supporting the channel👍
i'm definitely excited for some newer stuff coming out
So true Chadwick, I can always add a new kit to the stash.
Looking forward to getting my hands on that Coronet and 68 GTO kit when they come out.
Hi again Not Enough, I took another look at the 68 GTO tonight at our club meeting. The details are very crisp but the only downfall is that it is a curbside kit. But… it can easily be kitbashed with another kit for more detail. It’ll be nice to have a 1/25 scale version in my collection over that monstrosity of a Revell kit.
Looking forward too some of these new kits...when they come up with something new in the wheel/ tire options wod b great!
Thanks for watching Bob, I agree I am looking forward to a couple of them myself 👍
That 68 Coronet RT Convertible is on my wish list ..
Thanks Tom for watching 👍 I’m really looking forward to that one myself.
I'm looking forward to the Coronet, Z28, & the 68 GTO, those would be more than welcome to my collection!!
Hi James, I’m especially happy about the Coronet. I built the Modelhaus 68 hardtop years ago and would love to have a convertible. Thanks for watching 👍
Those truck kits and the 54 stock car are definitely on my list of things to get.
Thanks for watching Bruce, I’m sure that they will be coming out with more next year that will peak your interest. I appreciate your support👍
Nice video.... How about a 1967 Buick GS 400. I have never seen one made by any company. Maybe AMT will be the first to do so.
Hi Jim, that is a good one. I’ll pass your request to my friend at AMT.
Would LOVE to have a 1967 Buick GS400!! I'd need at least a half a dozen. Be even better if it's a 4-speed car or even better yet, the building option of a 4-speed w/console or auto on the floor w/console!!
Never seen a 67 GS 400 in 1/24 scale. A 70 GSX. Lets see who would like a 67 Buick GS 400....Just say yes or no. Maybe AMT will see the votes and be the first to make one.
Those two GTO kits are an awesome surprise! Very excited to add those two to my stash soon.
I agree Nathan, both GTO kits will look good in my case too!
Hmmm, they were saying that Chevy pickup was going to be a curbside.....thar clearly looked like an opening hood.
Hi Insomnia, I’m not sure, those were just test shots. Thanks for watching.
So many great model kits. Sadly, many of us can no longer afford the hobby anymore due to inflation.
Hi Adcox, I know exactly what you mean. I am very selective in what I buy these days.
I really want charger new one and supra be cool ill be a while waiting to see if Ireland gets it i doubt it though mite be lucky to get supra charger not car ever sold here so Damn it ha ha cool thanks for sharing James,👍Keith
Thanks Keith, I’m sure you’ll be able to get it there eventually. I appreciate you watching 👍
@@ScaleModelExperiment my pleasure fingers crossed looking forward to the new 400ZR or just 400Z by Tamiya out in next couple weeks I believe start December
@@keithsmodelsandrcs6593 I’m excited for that one too!
AMC Javelin please
I’d love to see a well detailed Javelin AMX in 1/25 scale as well.
Well, I got an idea from this video. Instead of getting myself worked up trying to detail model cars
(which caused me to leave the hobby almost 30 years ago) I can assemble and shoot them with gray
primer, excepting the tires of course. Or...just leave them in the basic plastic color, sort of promo-wise.
Hmm, but then I'd have to sand off mold lines and flashing, then sand and polish the plastic out. It less
frustrating just not buying them. There, I solve my own problem.
I tell you Mitch, you may be on to something… lol. Seriously, sometimes I assemble kits in white glue just to see how they assemble. Sometimes they never make it any further than that stage. The enjoyment of building is filled and I move on to another. Take care, and thanks for watching.
@@ScaleModelExperiment Aha. you may smile at my half joking comment, but you gave me an idea. That's trying out a basic fit of
parts on the more detailed type of kits. The parts don't always just slide into place and I often have to come up with a way to change
something as simple as stance. White glue might help in that respect. I just may get into Scale Model Experiment(ing).
Even the basic kits sometimes have atrocious fit issues. My rule is to test fit every kit unless it’s a Tamiya.
@@ScaleModelExperiment I'm paying attention. Thanks for your input.
👍👍
Thanks Buzzard👍
🤟🤠👍
Thanks Model Cars! I appreciate you!
Very cool! I'm very JDM-biased, and I don't really have any experience with brands like AMT or Revell, so it's awesome to see lots stuff I haven't seen before. That Datsun pickup looks insane lol! Thank you for sharing as always!
I’m also very Japanese Kit biased as well. I agree, the Datsun looks unsafe at any speed 😁
Great kit super easy to build l made mine a pulling truck 😄😄😄😄
@@edwardcox2840 a mini pulling truck👍
wish the Silverado truck was made into a airbag bodydrop with billet wheels
That would be cool Wayne. You may have to make your own though. Thanks for watching👍
I'm good for at least 3 Alaskan Haulers!
Hi Brinx, you’re not the only one that mentioned being excited about the Alaskan Hauler. I think it’ll be a winner for AMT and maybe they will do more. Thanks for watching 👍
👍👏🚗🏍️🚙
Thanks so much Model Cars!
...other than the Black Beauty in 1,25th scale (yeah!!) there us NOTHING to see here but a ton of repops....
Hi DeLaun, how about the All new tool Charger and Bronco? Thanks for watching though 👍
Is the 1968 GTO new tooling or a straight reissue?
The 68 GTO is a modified reissue of a promo style kit. It’ll be cool to have it in proper 1/25 scale.
@@ScaleModelExperiment so same style as they’re doing with the Coronets. Yes will be nice to have one in 1/25.
Pass on 95% of those... Round 2 is taking mpc and making nbc... maybe 2024 will be better for modelers.
Thanks for watching Zimm 👍
Who's doing the music here ?
The name is the song is a quiet day from Nesterouk. It’s in free music in my editing software Power Director. Thanks for watching!
How bout a 67 Camaro SS instead of the z28, need the SS hood
Thanks for watching Slow Ride, I’ll pass your request on to my guy at Round2.
@@ScaleModelExperiment thank you
The boxes look nice but you didn't retool the models. Upwards of $50 and the parts don't line up.
Where are you from where AMT models cost $50?
@@ScaleModelExperiment I said upwards.. I should have said $40 cause that makes it better.
Ugh. SO many plastic tires! Nice to see the built/raw versions. I can already tell, I dont want all of them! Round2 sucks.
Hi Justin, if you mean the test shots? They don’t use plastic tires on the kits, they use the hood ones when they produce the kits.
@@ScaleModelExperiment there have been several repoops recently from them that have plastic tires in the kits. Not a good sign.
Didn't see anything I needed to build
C’mon Jody! Nothing? No charger, Bronco, green hornet?
I only build 30s and 40s cars in the American made cars and I've gone to the Bemax kits way better selection and better kits
Plays, then stops, plays, then stops throughout the whole video.
Hmmm, try again later. It might be an internet issue.
What I don't get still,is Round2 did a poll not too long ago, asking us what kits we wanted/wanted to be re-released.
Not a single one of these was on that poll....
Why even bother?
Same ol Same ol re-re-re-releases ! NOTHING new, just a repackaging, new box art, and a few extra doo dads !
☝ 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Thanks for watching Howard. Round2 does have a few new things coming out. I do appreciate your support.
